I hate that I did this ...but I can't turn back now it's a process I must say first you have to let your credit cards go into default and then your credit score is effected to drop to its lowest then after all the abuse of losing your credit and months of late payments reported then comes the collection letters and further damage to your credit report because now all these collections are showing up as well as late payments...I just be glad when this is all over with.

After the full settlement amount is paid to and processed by a creditor, they may report to credit reporting bureaus that your account is settled in full, settled, paid, paid by settlement, or settled for less than the full amount. You no longer owe on this account and the balance is zero. That debt is behind you and your credit report shows it.

The good news is rebuilding credit is far easier to do than get out of a sizable debt problem; which is why clients turn to us in spite of any credit score issues they may incur. Almost everyone can have excellent credit in two years or less following a simple plan, no matter how bad their credit is today.

In order to modify a scheduled deposit, CFT needs a minimum of 48 hours notification. This is because the deposit begins to process within 24 hours of the scheduled deposit date. In some cases, we are able to modify a scheduled deposit due to the time of day. In other cases, we are not simply due to the amount of time we have to work with. I’m not happy with the way I have to go about to get my debt resolved. Had to go to court 2 x miss work the third time I missed because I never received the letter and it just seemed that my Debt relief people weren’t working fast enough to keep me out of court. I understand I have to have funds in my account to be able to negotiate a settlement but it seems there has to be a way of negotiating better.

Freedom debt relief is good, however, it is taking longer than they told me at the beginning. I feel I should be further along in graduating and resolving my credit card debt. It looks like at this rate is will be at least another year to a year and a half until I resolve my debt situatuation.
