The first person that I spoke with was very patient and he just gathered the information that he needed from me. He would call me right back each time and wouldn't just leave me hanging. Everything was ready to go in one day. They always answered any questions that I had and always notified me of things through email or on their dashboard. I just felt like they were on top of everything and I appreciated them keeping me informed. If there was ever an issue they can get it taken care of. They are just wonderful and were really concerned about helping me get off my credit card debt.

I liked what I saw with them after checking several other companies, so I went with them. They are constantly in touch with you whenever there is a change in your account. They send you a notification through mail or text to inform you of those things and ask me if I'm aware of those movements. The service is very customer oriented and they are good about staying in touch with you. I feel like I made the right choice. I don't have any of the headaches that I would've had if I had to deal with them myself.

They are a very good company and they were very concerned about our debt. So far they have been personable, nice, and generally they do really seem to care. I usually look on their dashboard to check on the progress of things and if I ever have any question I can just call them at any time. The only thing I wish they would change is the way they contact companies and such. They do individual accounts one at a time, but I wish they would contact all the debt agencies and let them know that they're working on the accounts. Still, I feel like I made a good decision working with Freedom Debt Relief.

They were highly recommended by a friend. They have always been available to answer questions when I have them. Freedom Debt is probably one of the friendliest companies I ever dealt with. When something happened they would reach out to me and call me to let me know. Things got done exactly as I needed them to get done. Every time I've asked them a question or had something I needed to talk to with them, they were there for me. I was usually updated by email or phone calls of the progress they had made. I think they are a good and legitimate company. We feel great about it, it's working wonderfully for us. We've only had it for a few months and we have settled 3 debts already. It's a company that is worth it, they are very good and honest people.

My debt had gotten annual and I didn't know where to turn to. Someone told me about them so I gave them a call to see if I could get help. Their staff answered all my questions and helped me understand the program. They've kept me informed of everything going on with my account. They text me or email me if something is going on or if there's any progress with my creditors. If I have any questions I can just give them a call and they're always nice and helpful. They are all good about that. It was a big relief to know that I have help in paying my debt off.

I read some background info about them and felt very comfortable when I talked to them. They told me how they were going to help me out so I went with it. They are all very friendly, helpful, and explain everything. Usually they keep me updated through emails and text messages. As long as I can pay my part, they settle my credit card debt and get things cleared out. I feel pretty good about getting them.

I had a situation and needed help handling my debt. They took it and handled it all, things were settled and they took care of it all. Usually I keep up with their updates on my dashboard. There I can tell what's going on and everything. Of course they also text me and call me if they can't reach me. They can also adjust how you do your payments, whether it's every two weeks or every month, they work with you. They're good at what they do, they know what they're doing and reduced my debt almost by half. I feel good about it.

I talked to them and to another company. I liked what they had to said so I went with them. They always answer my questions and if I have concerns they take care of that as well. The person on the phone knows what they're talking about and help me not to be so anxious about everything. They will call or email me to update me on things and they always suggest I go on the online dashboard to double check on things. If I get kind of nervous about something they will help me calm down. It's really helping us to get our credit back in order and pay bills off.

We had gotten into trouble with credit cards and since they were the best company we could find we went with them. They're very good about keeping in touch and telling you what's going on. They've been on the ball with everything from the get go. They contact you and the creditors so that they know Freedom Debt is working with you. They've made sure to take care of us.

They've actually done the job and have helped me tremendously with the payments. They have also been flexible if I can't do the whole payment. I went with them to get out of debt. The minute something comes in they tell me and let me know when things get settled. They also let me know when they set up a payment agreement. The only drawback is the apps, so I just don't use it sometimes. Still, they have been reliable so far and make sure I don't miss a payment or anything. It was the best option we had besides getting along with our debt ourselves. Every person I've talked to has been more than happy to help me and explain pretty elaborate things in ways we can understand. They have always answered my questions and done everything in a timely manner. I don't really have to do anything. It can be a long process, but it all depends on how much more you can pay every month. They keep me updated by text message or mail though. I feel pretty good about it, they work with you and your finances, no matter what your budget looks like.

At first I was kind of worried about getting their service, but now I feel really good about my decision. Every time I call in with concerns they give me the right answers. They always give me a heads up on what's going on and everything. I think it's a great service, it's great to just have one payment instead of 4 or 5 for a debt. They stay in contact with you and keep you up to date with things. They do that with phone calls, but I can also check on things on the website. It's excellent service. There's no hassle, everything is straightforward, and nobody tries to hide anything from you. They're right to the point and take care of business. I feel very good about it, it was probably the best thing I could have done without going to bankruptcy.

I heard their Ads on Sirius so I decided to take the chance. Every time I had to get a hold of them they've been very consistent. They keep me updated on things with emails on a weekly and monthly report. Everything is also on the dashboard type thing that they have and I can check that anytime online. It's working for us, they already took care of a lot of my debt. I don't get calls from collectors or anybody else anymore. I think it was the right thing to do.

They have been there for me whenever I needed to talk to them. They also call me as needed to notify me about certain things. They're doing everything they can for me as a customer. I had a lot of credit card debts that just got out of control. Their level of customer service ls really good. They get back to you promptly and if I have any issues they will explain it all to me. I have gotten update emails periodically and I can also check my dashboard for that. There are a lot of ways to communicate with them. I've only been them since September or October and we're almost halfway done. There was no way I could've gotten my debt paid off without them and I feel happy and relieved now. If anyone else is ever in the same position I think they should look them up.

I got a letter on the mail from them and what they offered intrigued me. I gave them a call and decided to get it. At the time it seemed like the best option for me. They are always available to talk to me and help me with every aspect of paying off my debt. I usually can check the progress on my account online. It's very easy to see where I'm at and when the next payment is due. If I have a question I can just call them and ask. I felt confident that this program would help me clear out my credit card debt and so far it's going well.

When I first called them I liked the way the representative handled my call as well as how it looked online. They can always assist me when I call and constantly send me emails when certain things are being done. Customer service is excellent, they handle everything. I looked online when I needed help and they seemed to be reputable. They have always been very helpful, nice, and accommodating. They didn't really update me themselves, I would just look at the dashboard they gave me. The only thing I don't like is that their fee is based on the enrolled debt and what that debt is settled for. That's the only problem I have with them.

My daughter got it actually. They're there when I need their help and I can use the dashboard myself to check on the progress they do. It's working for us and I can see the debt going down. Their customer service people have all been very personable and helpful. I can always get a quick response. I feel much better know knowing that they'll take care of those debts. My husband was about to retire at the time and we wanted to be debt free before he did. It has been super. Every single time we had a question or doubt we could call them and they would answer to the best of their ability. We would mostly check the online page on the computer and just verify everything they had said when they called. For everything else we just followed up to the emails with any question we had. They did everything they promised. In the beginning things were a little challenging but now that we're seeing it pay off we feel satisfied with the decision we made.

I feel great; they helped me a lot, and I saved money. Communication was great, customer service was also great. They'll contact you at least once or twice a month. If I ever needed something, I'd contact someone directly, so that was kind of good that I actually had someone, I wouldn't say a personal number, but a phone where I can reach them anytime if I had any question with them. So that's truly what grabbed my attention; everything was legit. It was easy to work with them. I did some research online before I actually signed up with them, and the person I spoke with the first time was detailed about all of the answers, all of the questions I asked them, and he was real nice.
