My husband passed away and left me with an awful lot of financial obligations. Over the couple of years that I've been with them they have really helped me. I just give them all the information that they need, make my monthly payments, and they take care of the rest. I can always get a hold of someone if I need them. Everyone I've contacted has answered my questions and solved my problems. I couldn't have handled it all without their help. It has worked out wonderfully, I can't speak enough good things about the company. I'm close to taking care of all the financial obligations that we had.

I went to them to get out of debt faster. So far they have been pretty responsive and really knowledgeable about the product. They will send me texts and emails whenever an offer comes up so that I can approve it or not. They are really upfront about everything they do. We've had some bad experiences with other shady companies out there, but they have been reassuring. They are a legitimate good alternative to pay off debt. I'm satisfied with it.

Every time they pay a bill off they let me know and confirm if it's alright before going ahead with anything. I think they need to update their website more often though. I've had the same message there for the last month. I've even answered the question that is there but the message hasn't moved. I also think they should speak to all my debtors, not just the ones they're dealing with, because I keep getting calls from them. I feel pretty good about it though, it's better than filing for bankruptcy.

I had heard about it when I was in a pretty bad debt, so I called them. I talked to a guy named Anthony I think and he was so upbeat and nice that he sold it to me. I haven't regretted my choice. Every time I call they are very polite, helpful, and informative. For updates they contact me through phone and email. When I was working with their lawyers they would call me and email me too. I've had no problems with them. I've gotten up and out of debt thanks to them.

They sounded like a good, established company that could help me with my situation and, so far, it has lived up to my expectations. The lady that I spoke to, one of their specialists, was very helpful at showing me what my payments and my savings would be like and how that would reduce my debt. They have accomplished what they set out to do very promptly.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of payments I had to do. I was working two jobs but I still wasn't making any headway, so I went to Freedom Debt Relief for help. They've done a really good job. They have been very responsive and have answered every question I've had. Whenever something happens, they send me emails, text messages, and they even call me. They have negotiated most of my debt and have saved me about 50% of what I owed. I'm pleased with it and very glad I did it.

They're just very courteous. Every time I call them there is someone right there that knows my story and that can answer all my questions. I receive every time a creditor is taken care of. They will also let me know about any progress they make. There is also this excellent dashboard system that they have where you can go online and find out what's going on. I feel really comfortable knowing that things are being done. They're doing their job to the best of their abilities to get me out of debt.

We needed the help. We were really far into debt and my husband is sick with multiple sclerosis. A lot of money goes out on getting him medicine every month, so it's really hard to pay for the bills and his medicine at the same time. So far my experience with them has been great. They're very friendly and very helpful. They always answer my questions and do what they can to take care of anything that comes up. Every time I get a settlement they call me to see if I want to do it. I do think they could get their fees a little bit lower than what they are but it's still a very good company

Going with them wasn't really a choice. My son was diagnosed with cancer and I was just overwhelmed. I tried to go to a bank in my own city and they wouldn't help me. When I called them they just explained how everything was going to work and I signed up. They helped me a lot when I really needed it. Customer service is very respectful. They have good manners and explain things to you in a way that you can understand them. They're always willing to help you out. It's an awesome company, very reliable. If no one else wants to help you, I believe Freedom Debt will 100% have your back.

I've been very happy with them since I signed up. Before I was trying to make these big payments on my credit card but couldn't always do it. I wanted to pay my debts and they have helped me do it. They've treated me well and with great respect. They call me or email me with updates. They've even made a settlement for me and I'm very happy with it. I was just very surprised when they took a $100 fee for the attorney, but they took care of things so it was kind of necessary. Still, it's probably the best decision I've ever made. I feel good about paying and taking care of my problem.

At the time I had just retired and had a lot of things that I needed to pay off that I just couldn't do on my own. Since they were recommended by credit Karma and they seemed to work pretty well, I went for it. Every time I've had to contact them, they have been there right on the spot. They would resolve anything that needed to be resolved quickly. I was always notified of what was going on at every minute, usually through phone calls or email. They really worked with me to get me the lowest possible amount for me to payback without causing me any stress.

We have been troubled with credit card debt. It didn't seem to ever get paid off because we were stuck just making the minimum payments. We contacted them to see if they could help relieve some of that stress and so far they have been able to do it. They have reduced the balance for 5 of our accounts by about 40%. There was one account that we got back where the settlement was not as much of a discount as my others had been. I rejected it and asked them to see if they could do a little better on that. They're still working on that account in particular so we'll see how that goes. I've been very satisfied with every other settlement they've reached though. Customer service is very good; they answer my questions really well. They're real pleasant over the phone, even when you're dealing with a stressful situation. There have been times where the person that I'm talking to is not really addressing my specific question but rather just generalizing things. I get a little frustrated whenever that happens but for the most part they are very helpful and friendly people. They send us emails or text messages whenever we get a new settlement or if they need approval for something. I'm very pleased about signing up with them. They've gotten us into a position that I would've never been able to reach on my own. We still got a way to go but so far everything has been mostly good. It has relieved a lot of stress.

Freedom Debt relief literally saved me from ruins! They took my debts and with my giving them what I could afford each month they managed to save me thousands of dollars in interest fees as well as cut the actual debt way down. I still have a ways to go but so far they have been very good in negotiating with my creditors. what would have taken me years and years to pay off is now only taking 3 years of which 1 year has already gone by with 5 of my debts paid in full - It went by so fast! With the money i give them each month I don't feel the strain of not being able to afford what I need.

Did what they said and it ran smooth. People need tile need to understand that when you stop making your monthly payments to debtors of course your credit score will decrease. Mine plummeted down however in 16 months it shot back up nearly 250 points as my accounts were settled. Definitely recommend if you are in over your head and want to avoid bankruptcy.

I was with another company that I didn't really like at the time, so I decided to try Freedom. They looked like a good way to get my debt under control and had a better offer. I liked the idea that I could just get a loan from them to pay everything off and then just paying them instead of waiting a long time to make my payments. I feel relieved now that my debt is being taken care of.

At the time we were pretty messed up financially. We were pretty much living on credit cards and had no other money. It was just awful, so I tried to figure out a way out of that. I talked to someone several times about it and she was just very patient and understanding of my situation. In the end, I just decided to go with it. In the beginning it really felt like they were there for me. Before taking an offer from a company, they always asked me first if I wanted to accept it. They would also send me an email ever so often to encourage me to look at my account on their website to see what had been paid off. Later on though, when I had a couple more questions, the only way was could get a hold of them was through email or through their website. That didn't feel very personal to me. When we signed up I also didn't know that the fees were going to be as high as they were. I thought it was going to be like $2500 dollars for everything but for two years in a row I've been paying for a fee per account and I've also had to pay for cancellation of debt things and taxes. I mean, it has been a good thing, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now and that's good. We're happy to not ever have another credit card. But still'

When they called me I realized they had a really good deal. They sounded very sincere too so I figured I'd try it. Since then I've found out that everything they said was absolutely true. They've done everything, crossed every T and dotted every I. We got great agreements and settlements with them. Everybody has been extremely helpful and always well informed. It was all just excellent.

I checked them out beforehand and since they were credible, I went with them. It was a pretty good service. If I wanted to, I could always check the client dashboard to see what progress had been made. Each person that I talked to was willing and ready to answer my questions. If they couldn't answer it themselves, they would refer me to someone else that could. They strive to help me in every way they can and bring me solutions as quickly as possible. I'm glad I made that choice. I have no regrets about it.

Going with them made more sense than bankruptcy. So far they have been very respectful. They've answered any questions I've had and are always available. If I need to get updates, they send me text messages or emails. I can also go to their online portal to check on things. They have already taken care of four of my credit cards. Now I can actually see the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. I would recommend it to anyone that's having financial difficulties.

I was desperate at the time, so when I saw their ad I called them. If I ever have a question or problem, I can always reach them and get an answer. They have a dashboard that I can use to see how things are going. They also update me through emails and phone calls to make sure I know what's going on. They actually gave me the ability to get out of debt. I feel very good about going with them.

At first I was scared because there are a lot of companies out there that scam you, but I talked to them for a long time before I decided to go with them. They have explained everything to me, including how the process works. They've kept me up to date with how my account is doing, mostly through phone calls. I was going through some hard times since both of my parents were sick and my mother had died with Alzheimer's and dementia. I was trying to help them and Freedom Debt helped me. Every time I call them I can just talk to a human being. They'll answer all my questions and explain things well. It's not like they're rushing to get you off the phone. They would also call me, send me text messages, or email me to let me know what was going on. I was constantly going into my dashboard to look at things as well. It has been very good.

I got behind on all of the debts and had debtors calling me all the time. I needed to do something so I just looked them up. They have been really nice and have helped me a whole lot.
