Every time I call in there they always seem to know what they're doing I never really have any issues and if I do have any questions they always seem to be able to figure it out. Then if they don't have the answer then and there they always make sure that do give me an answer and in a pretty decent amount of time. They give you an estimate of how long it'll take to settle a debt, and they're pretty good at sticking to it.

I can go in anytime I want to and check how everything is going. It's very transparent and anytime I want to I can log in and see how things are progressing. The people that are at this service are just terrific. If I call or have a question or I have a problem and they resolve issues immediately so they're just great, I love them. All the people have been great at that service and I couldn't ask for a better relationship.

Anytime I had questions or concerns or advice, they were always very attentive, very knowledgeable at all times. They do what they say and so far they've settled about six accounts out of ten and saved me a considerable amount of money and also I didn't have to file for bankruptcy so I was able to continue to hold on to a couple of credit cards. I would highly recommend it to anyone that's in a financial bind, maybe jobless like myself as well as medical bills. I would highly recommend it over bankruptcy any day and I think it's a great service it's a great company to go through.

I received emails on at first almost a daily basis and then if they needed anything, it was done by email, everything's in paper form and it can be traced, it could be tracked or whatever by me with no trouble and I just feel like they kept up with it and any news they got, they passed on to me immediately. I really don't think in the length of time that they've been working for me there's no way that I could have done for myself what they have done for me. They have just gone well above the call of duty I believe in trying to help me get this straightened out.

A couple of occasions, I've needed to get more detailed information from a lawyer on staff there, I've not gotten a satisfactory release but I would say a satisfactory response with everything else though when I talked to someone live and with my questions. They've been very reassuring, very much positive and pretty much my whole experience with them has been on track from exactly the way they explain what was going to happen. In the eleven months I've been working with them I could not be happier.

Everyone I have come in contact with has been kind and hasn't made me feel like I was a loser. When I was feeling really low they made me feel much more encouraged about the progress and how things were going. They would give me a call every couple of weeks to touch base. They are always available for my calls and they showed me how to use the dashboard, so I can check on things myself.

Working with them, they've just been very very positive. They really work with you as long as you know if you're having some trouble. They're really helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. They are very very good at communicating. They send emails and they also have the dashboard as well and sometimes I just call. I have been with the company for a couple of months and my credit score has gone up already significantly. I wish I would have done it sooner because then I would be debt free already.

They're always there if you need them all you have to do is call or email but they're always there when you need them so that's the biggest thing right there for support. They have what they call a dashboard that I can bring up with my email and it gives me all the current things that they're doing and which things they are going to do next. It's very informational and I like that. They did exactly what they said they were going to do.

If there are any problems, they inform me right away. They're customer service is very considerate, and they inform you about what's available when it comes to their services. They give you a pretty good understanding of how their process is, and make you feel confident that you're doing the right thing. I'm really glad I went with them, because the Attorney's have been very prompt with any legal questions.

Customer support is quick to answer me, unlike other companies who put you on 20 different holds. I like talking to actual people and they answer exactly what you need. They continually send out emails, and if I look at my client dashboard they give me nice info about what's going on. They've done everything they promised me they would do. I talked to a guy who knew about their program and I felt good about going with them. They seemed pretty reasonable, which is why I went with Freedom. Their customer service department has been very helpful, and they keep you updated with what they're doing. They always send out updates so you know where they're at with your debts. They've stopped me being bombarded to death by creditors, so I'm very satisfied with what they're doing.

I was badly in debt, and had to have my family help me survive in making the minimum payments. Freedom has done a beautiful job and I've now caught up with their consolidation program. Customer service has always been there for me and help you understand what's going on. They have a client dashboard that allows you to check and see what they're doing and what they've accomplished. Customer service isn't perfect, but they're pretty darn good. I don't agree with some of their practices, but I like that they contact you through their client dashboard. I would recommend that if someone is going with this company to only make payments to them as needed. They'll encourage you to make large deposits, but they're use those fees to handle their services.

Every time I had an issue or question I was able to call up at any time and they'd have the answers for me. They updated me through text, email, phone call, and they have an online website where you can go to see everything they do. They had quick results on most of our creditors. At the beginning it's a little stressful, but once they start talking with your creditors it helps.

They respond to you immediately, there's no hold to wait for someone. They will keep you posted by email or text. I can go into my account where there's a dashboard that will tell you when the next payment is due. You just need to give them a chance to negotiated, for me they've already negotiated with three banks. My balance was $2200, and the banks settled for eight. Another bank was for $1800 and they settled for seven.

They have taken control of speaking to my creditors, taking care of things, letting me know when they have reached the an agreement with someone so that I can sign off on it, its been a very good experience. They have the dashboard I can check all the time, they let me know when they reach the settlement so that I can sign off for it so that I'm aware every month of what's going on. Out of all the places that I checked into, they were the most qualified to handle things. From the beginning they've told me they would do the best thing for me to get me out of debt quicker. They have always contacted me and kept me on the loop. If they had any questions for me, or if they made any kind of deal with a creditor, they would always let me know. Usually that would happen through emails, texts, and occasionally through phone calls if I answered them. Right now I just want to keep the ball rolling and see how everything will turn out. I'm optimistic though.

I went with them because I felt as though they were the best choice available for what I needed. I'm more than pleased with the service. Things haven't moved as quickly as I would've liked them to but they are very communicative. That has helped me with some of my stress. They really seem to care and they always give you the information you need. I'll get updates via email and, if I don't check it, they will call me instead. They are always available whenever I have questions. This is a really good place to start if you're trying to get your credit back on track.

At the time I was with a different company, but they were moving as slow as molasses. Somebody told me about them and I decided to go for it. I had a lot of problems with my money but thanks to them, everything has calmed down. They are very concerned about my problems. Whenever I have a question, they answer it as soon as possible. They updated me very often on how things are going through email or I can check things on my account too. I'll be done in two years and I already feel free.

I was overwhelmed with credit card debt. I wasn't bringing in enough money each month to pay it so I had to do something. In the end, it was either going with Freedom Debt Relief or filing for bankruptcy, so I went with Freedom Debt relief. I'm an older person but they have made things very simple for me. They've been very helpful. Whenever I have any questions I can just call and they will answer. They keep me informed of what's going on with my debt through emails. If they get an offer or something they contact me and send me a form to sign before going for it.

They did everything they promised to me. Every time I asked a question, they answered them. I never really heard much from them unless something was settled. They would let me know then so I could okay it. We're still getting going with things. I hope they explain more things and give me more updates about how they're dealing with my accounts. I felt like they were the best company to go with. Customer support is always nice to talk to and they always go over everything you need to know. They send me text messages and sometimes emails with updates. The only problem that I've run into is that whatever settlement you get is charged on your income tax. I've got 3 settlements this year already that I've got to pay for but I guess it's not their fault. It's all Obama's fault for putting that ballot through congress. Still I feel like they're doing their job right and I'm glad I did it.

I looked them up online and asked around before picking them. They just looked like a good option and a trusted firm. I've been with them for about 2 years and I fully trust them. Every time I call, everybody is friendly and they keep me informed. They always give me good answers and try to guide me through every step I need to take. They make it easy for me to send out paperwork and things like that. For updates, they email me and I can also look at their website to find all the information. It has worked out well for me. It's a good way to pay back your debts without actually filing for bankruptcy. It's a pretty easy way out of that doesn't leave you feeling guilty about not paying your debt. Even when you include the debt relief fees that they charge, they steadily reduce the rates and payments you have to make. They also ensure that creditors won't be climbing on my back to bother me. I just wish they wouldn't stretch the actual payment so much but I understand that's how the system works.

I had a quite large stack of bills and I couldn't go anywhere with it, so when I saw it on Facebook I decided to give them a call. It's going a bit slowly but it's going. My creditors are not bothering anymore and they are taking care of everything for me. They keep me updated as they make progress in my account and I get information every 2 or 3 weeks. I'm not bothered any further, which I'm actually happy about. Everything should be over within the next couple of years.

I have medical problems and I got to a point where I couldn't pay my bills because of medicine and doctor's appointments. I signed up with them because there wasn't much else I could do. The companies involved in my debt refused to help or work with me. I'm perfectly satisfied with Freedom Debt though. They tell me what they will do and then do it. They are always on the ball and full of information. Every question that I ask, they answer it. They would contact me constantly to tell me what was new. I could also check on things online if I wanted to.

I found it on the computer and it sounded like what I was looking for. I asked a couple other people about it and they said they were a good company to contact if I was looking to pay off credit cards. The person that I first talked to made it all sound good, so I signed up. They bent over backwards to try and help me as much as they could. Whenever they need me to put money in the account, they call me and let me know. I could also sign into the online dashboard and check it every day if I wanted to. They've done a good job for me so far and have taken a lot of pressure off of my back.

My husband passed away and left me with an awful lot of financial obligations. Over the couple of years that I've been with them they have really helped me. I just give them all the information that they need, make my monthly payments, and they take care of the rest. I can always get a hold of someone if I need them. Everyone I've contacted has answered my questions and solved my problems. I couldn't have handled it all without their help. I really needed the help and since they had been around for a while and I had heard a lot of good things about them, I went for it. In the beginning I was asking a lot of questions and at the time they didn't really give me all the answers I was looking for. Over time though they got a lot better about it. They're very diligent about their work and they've already sorted out 5 of my accounts. I still have 4 or 5 more still pending, but that's that. If I want to know where we are in the process, I can always check on the dashboard. I think it's the best thing I've ever done.
