Freedom Debt Relief is a good match for those in debt and need assistance with student loans and other debt. Although the fees can range up to 25% of the settlement amount, it’s worth it! I was able to get a free consultation and overview on how they can help me improve my debt. I definitely recommend Freedom Debt Relief for all your debt settling needs!

Very professional and knowledgeable group to work with. Whenever I have a question I can call and get a person who takes their time to help me, no going through a ridiculous computer. Our credit card debt was out of control, we have a 4 year plan that we are halfway through and credit cards are being completely paid off! It's an amazing relief to not have that debt weighing us down. Also from day 1 there were no more phone calls or letters from the credit card companies. I have recommended this company to family and friends who also enrolled and are thankful they did!

If a creditor still has access to your bank account, they may attempt to collect—even after enrollment. Unfortunately, this is not something FDR can prevent, but you can by making a request.

Horrible customer support. Six emails and an extremely rude, impatient “Crystal”, who seems to be only one I have spoke. To in three months. (Her everytime). No one at first level cust svc at Freedom is able to satisfactorily answer my finance 101 questions. They just advd yo read my dashboard!!!!
