The entire process was very simple and the customer service is outstanding. I had the first settlement within a month after signing up and within 6 months received an offer to consolidate all of the debt into one loan. It would be nice if they would send regularly emails letting you know how your account is doing, what is happening and what is next to happen with it. It would just be nice to be updated! It would also be nice if they would make sure they are up front about all information and how everything works, so you can make sure you want to go with their program!!
