The entire process was very simple and the customer service is outstanding. I had the first settlement within a month after signing up and within 6 months received an offer to consolidate all of the debt into one loan. I have been very happy with the help I have received from FDR right from the very beginning. As long as I provide them with the information they ask for, they do all the work on my behalf. I could never do this on my own. All my payments have been consolidated into one simple monthly payment. I finally have my spending under control!

Even though I still have debts with FDR I will be able to be debt free in 2 yrs or so, otherwise I would be in debt for the next 20 + years.
