Everyone was compassionate and patient. I was a very concerned customer due to ruining my credit. Everyone assured me my credit scores will start to increase in a short time. I hope this is true d/t i have always paid my bills and on time. This is really hard for me to let go and trust. I have faith after speaking with the staff that all will be fine and i will continue in good standings.

I have been very happy with the help I have received from FDR right from the very beginning. As long as I provide them with the information they ask for, they do all the work on my behalf. I could never do this on my own. All my payments have been consolidated into one simple monthly payment. I finally have my spending under control!

Even though I still have debts with FDR I will be able to be debt free in 2 yrs or so, otherwise I would be in debt for the next 20 + years.
