FDR was able to negotiate lower payoffs for most of my credit card debt. I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for the one card that I ended up having to pay the entire amount plus new interest charges on. But the rest of the cards were settled for 40 - 65% less than I owed. FDR is very easy to work with and they are always pleasant to speak with. I really believe they are here to help me.

I wish you would post up-to-date information, you have not yet acknowledged my April deposit. You have credited it to the banking, however. On other thing you need to contact the debtors and let them know you are involved in debt resolution. They simply do not believe their consumer and need to have the relationship acknowledged. This step would save monies because they swear they would stop late fees/charges.

my experience as a first time client was a little scary at first, then when i understood what was going on I was able to wrap my head around the fact that they were putting my funds into a safe place or savings account w/o interest so that when there was enough there, the creditors were able to negotiate with my money. They did for me what i was unable to do for myself. Pay as much as i could without removing it before i could pay off my credit debt.

I like the idea of someone negotiating for you with the credit card companies for debt reduction. I also like the direct deposit into my account with them. They have done a good job with my debt reduction. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is the following: They do not tell you that some of the debt will take over a year to settle. Your credit scores will take a plunge. They also do not tell you of the maintenance fee on your account.

To whom it may concern, It is a privilege and honor to work with such a professional team in Freedom Debt Relief. However the NLLG team is the worst of the worst. They don't respond to you and if you call them one to many times they have words for you. They tell you to email your concern through email. However they don't response. If you have any paper document that they want you to sign or notify they just send it with out acknowledge you. I have never work with such a legal unprofessional group of people like NLLG. I am very disappointed in them. I am an agent from the court and that is my profession. I deal with legal professional people every day and I have never ever seen legal counsel like this. I do hope FDR is still looking for another company to substitute this NLLG in the future.

The company is very communicative and thorough. The process is generally slow-moving and very nerve-wracking, but I think that is the nature of this situation and not something that is caused by the company. If you commit to the process, the company is dedicated to helping negotiate on your behalf. It is especially helpful that the company redirects all communication from creditors from you to them, which alleviates some of the consumer stress during the negotiation period.

So far I have been very pleased with the overall service I have received from FDR. I currently have 1 settlement and a few in the works. I hope the service I have received up until now continues as I continue to work hand and hand with FDR towards financial freedom!

My last person I dealt with was amazing she was pleasant took my information made sure I understood what was going to happen next didn't dismiss me or try to send me to another person or department. I have had issues with my auto debit being taken out this month is worked YEA and hoping it continues I have had to call when it stops working esign put money towards my account when all I want is it to be automatically taken out. Which again I am hoping that the issues has been resolved.

I was extremely happy until this week when you included and negotiated a debt that I don't owe but does appear on my credit report. This was previously negotiated by myself and paid the negotiated amount in the designated time frame. I have documentation. After the amount agreed upon was paid they stated that they had made a mistake and that I owed the entire amount. If this can happen with myself, what is to say that this can not happen with something that you negotiate? I am also not impressed with the quality of service from NLLG. Four separate people did not see fit to answer a question that I had and just skirted over the question without even pretending to answer it. One of the four didn't even spell the name of their group correctly. Should I expect this writing to be acknowledged or will it also be forgotten because it is not glowing? Whichever way it goes will also tell me more about your company.
