I joined back in May, and was nervous when I was told I needed to stop making monthly payments to my credit accounts because I pride myself on making payments on time. However, within a month, I already had a debt settled! Since then, I haven't seen much action, which admittedly is making me nervous. I am still getting phone calls from my creditors, and had my oldest credit account closed due to my now delinquent accounts through FDR. I hope to see more settlements soon so I can breathe a little easier.

I came across more monthly debt that I could handle on my macro managed monthly budget so I looked for a viable solution and the reviews for Freedom debt relief convinced me to take a risk and trust FDR to settle my outstanding debts . Its still early to see the results but its better then ignoring these debts. My debtors are willing to wait and work with FDR to settle my debts.

Well what they don’t tell you and I wish they had is that you should take the consolidation loan that they offer you. Here’s why. Your creditors are just going to sue you and when you lose in court you don’t have a leg to stand on and will be responsible for the full amount plus thousands more in my case. If I had taken the loan my credit would have been repaired and I would have graduated the program so much earlier. Currently I am contributing 1000 dollars a month but it wasn’t enuff because I am not only paying the 1000 a month but my wages are being garnished for over 1000 a month. It’s terrible. Take the loan and pay it off early. It’s to late for me. Save yourself the hassle. I got sued by 3 out of 7 creditors. It’s a hassle. Had to settle for the full amount. I’ve learned a valuable lesson and will never go thru this again. I say again. Take the loan! Trust me!

I wanted to get rid of my credit cards as soon as possible and because of the high interest rates I decided to enroll in a debt relief company. I'm glad I did and am on my way to paying off my bills. The only con I have about FDR is their high fees. They are so high that the CFPB has a lawsuit against them. After looking at some of my settlements, I do see a high fee cost. That said I'm glad I decided to tear up all my credit cards.

Everyone has been very pleasant. The long process is apparently the way this works with creditors offers. I hope to get more offers soon. Only thing is I was told I would get a welcome packet which may have may have been lost in the mail. I contacted Freedon Debt Relief and was told they would send another copy, I requested not to email it, I wanted the actual Welcome Package, but still no such package received! This is very disappointing the female representative has not come through to help me yet.

I have just started with Freedom Debt Relief but I Am hoping it will be well worth it. I was approved instantly which was good. I have a fellow employee that is going through you and they have been signed up almost 1 year. They explained that you sent to all creditor the cease to collect letters and all collection calls stopped, they also explained that Freedom updated the address and phone number on all accounts to FDR. I was told I had to do that my self, I have having a problem trying to get 2 accounts added to the total that was left out, I have sent the statements twice now and does not appear they have been added. I hope things start to go a little bit smoother.

I am very happy with Freedom Debt Relief on everything they have done for me except for one thing that I was not notified of when I signed up. All new clients should be told that in most cases, at least for me, when the debt was payed and I was notified by the Credit/Personal Loan Company, I also received a tax form which I had to pay taxes on the deducted amount that was settled on which was a few hundred dollars.

I just had my first settlement two weeks ago and it felt good. I am getting less calls from creditors now so that is good. It was hard for me at first not to make my payments because I always made them on time. Hopefully I will have more settlements soon.
