I like how they help you but your still in control. If I’d don’t want to settle we don’t have to and they keep fighting. Hurts your credit a little bit but not as bad a bankruptcy. Gives you a do over in life to start again fresh.

I will say first of all that you guys did what you said you would do, and you were honest with me from the start. I never had a problem speaking to a representative or getting a question answered. There are consequences for this program, though, (credit score, IRS Form 1099-C), and I would have liked to have known more about the negatives. I have been looking for debt relief since March because I lost my job and I knew these credit card debts would keep growing until I did something. I applied to wells Fargo 2 times for consolidation but it's a no go. My own bank rejecting me after being with them for 10 years. And I've paid off large somes with multiple times. Anyway I received something online from FDR in an ad or email idk which. I applied and they found a way to help me. I been paying them every since I got a job.. I'm thankful. When I first started with FDR I thought it wouldn't be good for me, I'm a worrier so all the phone calls about my payments was scary when the first payment was done. what a relief. I recommend FDR to anyone with debt. FDR is amazing.
