Very friendly service. One creditor filed a claim and the legal team handled the claim, albeit with a small additional fee. Other than that, no additional costs and professionally managed payment options and an easily accessible dashboard with complete information give me confidence that things are being handled properly.

I'm very grateful to have come across Freedom Debt Relief and have them deal and help me with my debts. At first, it was hard because I kept receiving the calls from creditors, but once that period passed, I only saw positive outcomes! One debt at a time, until all 5 debts have been resolved or are in process to.

I like the fact of the portal to show where the negotiations are at for each debt enrolled and then once an agreement is made with that debt it shows how long it will take to be paid off.
What i don't like is how it's explained how the debt relief works and how in about a year or more your credit score is shot until the negotiations are finalized and paid off

Your services appear to be okay so far. It's hard to review your company and my account, being so early in the process.
On the other hand, I find your representatives are somewhat knowledgeable or are trained to give very generic responses to my questions.
I feel the same is true for the information in the dashboard, very generic statements that are often repeated throughout.
For example, two accounts were approved by me for settlement. This would lead me to believe that the credotor is cognizant of an agreement to settle for the an amount.
When I asked one of your representatives why this creditor is still contacting me with requests for payment,the answer given was - we are not responsible or have any control over what the creditors do.
Why would I ask about this...
When continuing to receive requests for payment, it makes me wonder if
- the creditor has actually agreed to the described settlement
- if an offer has truly been made
- if the creditor is trying to collect more than they have reportedly agreed to
- if you are scamming me
So, right now, I will believe it when I actually see results

Working with Freedom Debt Relief has been really easy! They walk you through the process step by step. I love the convenience of the app. I can watch the process of where each debt is at in the process and see what is getting paid off and when. Really makes you feel a sense of relief seeing them getting paid off one by one.

I mean, honestly… it kind of saved my life? Not literally, obviously, but like in the way that I feel good about my future. I used to feel dread so intense I wanted to die because I was afraid of the debt I’d accrued from student loans and credit cards (which I had used throughout the pandemic to pay for nearly everything). Now, I can wake up and feel lighter knowing that there is someone working to reduce my debts in a way that is actually affordable, and it feels good to see how much I’m saving.

Other then the stress of debtors calling and the slow process of everything I feel this was the best direction I could've taken to resolve my debt and eliminate alot of interest owed. Freedom Debt Relief is very thorough, knowledgeable and empathetic through the whole process.
