I had a great experience with Consolidated Credit. They were very attentive, helpful, and working with me to make the plan work for me. When I realized my debt was way above my head they helped me, renegotiated interest rates - many creditors changed the interest to 0%, some reduced it significantly. I started with way over $49k debt and now I only have about five months to go and be debt free. This will save me a huge amount of money and a lot of stress. The biggest thing is that their plan helps you to put your effort in order so I could see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Nothing much to write except that Tatiana was very courteous, pleasant, and able to share what I needed to do to change my banking information. It is very nice to hear some gentle voice considering what I had gone through with my checking being hacked and then closed. All that I had to do was very stressful, therefore, I thank Tatiana for making my phone call very pleasant. Again, thank Tatiana for the information needed to fix my checking account number so there wouldn't be any interruptions with my payments.

Customer service is always friendly and when I did have a problem I was contacted and Tom stayed on the phone with me answering questions and going over everything in detail. I do wish that I had someone like him from the beginning to navigate the setting up process as it is confusing. In the beginning when they are negotiating with creditors and payments are just starting to get paid, there will be a period of time where your credit score will drop as consolidating all debts into one may cause you to miss a payment on your cards. It will get caught up, but you have to weather the setting up period. You will still get notices from your creditors even though your in the program from the beginning and your creditors may take time to update your statements online to show payments made even though Consolidated did make the payments. So be aware of that and if you are unsure call Consolidated and they will call your creditors even with you on hold to make sure payments are being made. They did that for me and Tom gave me a call and explained everything. It cleared up a lot of anger and confusion I had. The starting up process is confusing while you learn what is happening, but once you are in the program, it is worth it. It teaches you to use cash and not credit while it clears up and you do become better at managing your debt.

He identified my need and explained and executed a change which I requested to increase the payment made to my last remaining credit card account. I have been a member of this program since 2014 and have paid off multiple credit accounts over the years. I incurred most of this debt when I purchased an FHA repo'd house which needed a lot of work. My home is now worth over twice the purchase price, and I am just about debt-free thanks to Consolidated Credit!

In one day they have reduced my monthly payments significantly AND reduced my interest rates on three major, high debt, high interest credit cards to the point that I can have them paid off in four years. Previously, with the ridiculously high interest, I would have paid until I die (no joke; I'm 74 now)!

She has been the only one that has taken the time to review my account and helped me get my accounts up to date being the fact I have been sending my monthly payments in two payment due to a life change event. I have called various times and no one but her has taken the time to disect my accounts and try to get all the creditors back on track. You should have her train others how to help your clients.

Consolidated Credit helped me get out of a dire credit card debt situation without jeopardizing my credit score . They lowered my payments 60-80% and my interest rates fell from appx 20% on the cards in the program to rates between 0% and 12%! My payments actually allowed my balances to go down because I was able to chip away at interest AND principle!! Consolidated Credit actually made it possible for me to live my life and avoid bankruptcy. And working with the company was easy and stress free. I'm incredibly grateful that my debt is PAID OFF!!!

She also explained that I will be charged a fee of $17.95 for doing this process. I think she did a great job explaining everything. My financial issues are deeply personal and directly tied to my son who has a complex heart defect; there is nothing I wouldn't do for him. As a result, I over extended myself but thought I could figure my finances out on my own. I was wrong. At some point the desperation hit me in knowing I couldn't do this alone and I needed help. These folks saved my family and me and gave me the hope and skills I needed to repay my debts in an honorable fashion. For that I am eternally thankful.

I felt relieved that everyone was so patient and understanding when I explained my money would not be in my account until a day later, but my problem was resolved with customer service being the professional people and thinking my cause was not lost. I called credit consolidation because I need I was in need of customer service and a more detailed explanation of what exactly was going on. Moving forward and I refer to Tatiana and it's only her, I wish more customer representative swear like her. After a few hiccups we were able to come to agreements and understanding that I was not fully explained what was expected and required of me. The lady I talked to over the phone was great! She had great customer service! I would like to comment on something else that only has to do with Consolidated Credit when I am paying my bill over the phone there should never be a charge of 12.95 to pay a bill. This needs to be looked at soon I already pay a monthly fee to be on this program and that should cover everything!

The reason for my call today was because the representative that is handling my case(Andres Castro) wasn't returning my calls. when I first called he was rushing through everything I couldn't quite understand what was going on. Bottom line is that he had given me an amount I was going to pay but then received three other letters with all different amounts. When I called Diana, she was of a GREAT help! In a short time many of the cards have lower interest, lower payments and now the overall balance is great. Even with the knock on the credit for closing them, they're still im good standing and much more manageable.
