Consolidate Credit was not really accessable in comparison to OneMain Financial. It was difficult to reach them and they're turn around time was way too long.

We’re unsure of the comparison you’re making here as we are completely different businesses, offering completely different services. OneMain Financial is a personal loan company whereas we assist consumers with getting out of debt and getting their finances in order. We do not issue loans. Our certified credit counselors are available Mon- Thurs 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am -8:00 pm, and Sat 9 am -5 pm EDT.
