Please call client services at 877- 201-7780 to review any potential program issues or questions you may have with a certified credit counselor. We advise clients to keep making their usual payments until both their creditor(s) accept our proposals, and the program is fully and completely started, only then do we start taking payments to disperse to the creditor(s). We appreciate you sharing a video and providing your feedback! To potentially simplify the process of checking balances, you can access your member portal to monitor and update your balances. If these balances are off it is best to let us know so the issue can be investigated.
You should also be able to check your balances with your creditors directly through their websites, although we understand this can be an inconvenience. If you ever have any questions or want help with anything, please don't hesitate to contact our client services team at 877- 201-7780!
