Please call client services at 877- 201-7780 to review any potential program issues or questions you may have with a certified credit counselor. We advise clients to keep making their usual payments until both their creditor(s) accept our proposals, and the program is fully and completely started, only then do we start taking payments to disperse to the creditor(s).
