DebtRx asked me how much my monthly water and sewer bills were. I only get this bill once every six months and it is always different, so I was forced to keep hanging up on them whenever they asked this question. What is more, they asked me how I could cut back on expenses when I could not. To top it off, then asked me if I made at least $50,000/year after I plainly and clearly told them I only made $32,000/year and had $18,000 in debt.
