Unlike some other credit repair organizations, Sterling Credit Group offers customized credit repair plans to all of its clients.

During a free credit consultation, Sterling Credit Group's credit consultants will analyze a client's credit report in order to determine the best course of action. This allows each customer to have a unique repair plan that is tailored to their circumstances.

As mentioned above, it can take about 90 to 180 days for the company to repair a client's credit score. The company's program time may vary per person due to each client's individual credit situation. 

Refund Policy

Sterling Credit Group offers a full refund to customers who do not receive improved credit profile results. That said, consumers may want to contact a company representative directly to learn about this refund policy since there is a lack of information online about it.

Sterling Credit Group does not offer consumer-based education materials to help clients maintain good credit or become more financially educated.

Other credit repair companies usually offer tools, courses, content, videos, and more to help their clients become more well informed in financial matters.

Additionally, Sterling Credit Group does not seem to offer coaching sessions. Coaching sessions can be very beneficial for a client to learn and improve; they're also an opportunity for a client to ask questions and become clearer on specific topics.

A major drawback to Sterling Credit Group is the process of having to receive credit reports and send them to Sterling. This can take a great deal of time and effort to send and receive files versus having the information online.

High Fees 

Sterling Credit Group charges customers a high monthly fee of $120 for six months for its credit repair service along with a $79 one-time fee.

In total, consumers will have to pay $799 for the company's credit repair program. This pricing is fairly steep in comparison to many other companies in the credit repair industry who are known to charge lower monthly/initial fees.
