I highly recommend Pinnacle Credit Management! Not only are they reasonable, they are also very knowledgeable and reliable. Andre took his time answering all of my questions and explaining the process to me step by step during our initial consultation, which put my mind at ease. After several conversations with Andre, I signed up in November 2018. In less than 3 months, my score has already increased nearly 130 points, from 557 to 685. Though there’s still work to do, I’m extremely happy with the results so far and can’t wait to see the results from the next round. Andre is very knowledgeable about credit repair and spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining what he wanted to do to fix my credit file. After about 10 days I started to see results- he was able to remove a huge charge-off from AMEX for $35k that several other credit repair places were unable to remove. He also has a plan for after your credit file is clean, where he can help boost your score even more and then help you secure business or personal funding. He has been a pleasure to work with and responds to you personally when you email or text him a question- he doesn't hand your file off to someone else. I would highly recommend Andre to anyone looking to repair their credit.

Here is a breakdown of why I gave this company a high review,:
1. Amazing work that was done within the 90 days as timeframe they told me.
2. I was given 20,000 in trade lines which boosted my credit score in conjunction with the work these guys did.
3. They were very responsive with updating me during the program. That helps a lot. When I worked with other credit repair companies never updated me but happy billed me but not this company.
4. They have the resources to get stuff done fast that other companies don't. The reason I chose this compwny is because I got denied for a mortgage because of my credit score and I was not gonna anything get in between me and our families dream home.

Unfortunately, I did not experience any results with this company. Ultimately lead to an email of letters being sent to my email that this company wants ME to send out via certified mail. uh.... that's what I paid you for??? What a f*cking joke. I ended up working with different company that has actually delivered on cleaning up my credit report. And never had to send out a single piece of mail. Who would have thought?
Legally, I should sue you but the money isn't even worth it. I have all the documentation to prove that you should have honored the refund policy in YOUR contract. Therefore you breached the contract. You made it up not me dude. It's also very obvious that you do not live in the contiguous USA

Andre stepped in to help with my credit issues last winter, managing to clear up 80% of my negative accounts. Not only work on your credit but he’ll offer you guidance to get credit cards. I was able to get multiple credit cards after the repairing. The service is worth every dollar well spent, although more expensive than others you’re paying for what you get. The hype is real about It this company! I hired Andre for the expedited service and mentorship.
I didn't have to write any letters or send anything out. Everything is done electronic and I got responses back from bureaus in the first month my credit was cleaned.
Right now my credit scores are in the high 700s previously 549. UPDATE 5/2/2023 Andre Rocks he deleted 3 more collections and my score is up 19 more pts!!! Way to go

Andre is legit his YouTube channel is popping! I watched a few videos on how he rights his disputes but it got a little to time consuming and I'm a mom of two so I decided to hire him. I can say I'm grateful. Truly he is the goat. I'm a single mom and went through a divorce and my credit was damaged much I almost gave up but thankfully I didn't. I did try lexington before him and they are too slow. Andre got every single negative account off in one month just like he teaches in YouTube. Ay thank you sir Pinnacle all the way!

Probably one of the greatest things that happened to me within the past 2 years pinnacle credit repair was able to remove roughly around a 1000 discrepancies off my credit report I wish I could attach a picture to this review but I can't I have attached my credit report a picture of it to my Google review please be sure to check it out it's underneath my name ortiz I'm really glad to share this review I'm happy that I joined the fast track elite program it worked out for me I hope it works

I am a happy customer of Pinnacle Credit, I contacted this company in June this year and now being the beginning of August I am seeing 60 accounts removed. I have attached the first report we pulled below.
My score did boost up but as you can see there is more to come. Removing 60 accounts didn't boost my score as I thought. Andre has me watching is credit building course and I'm on lesson 3. Overtime my credit will improve and I'm glad I joined his program. I will continue to boost my score by applying the credit building methods in the course.

Andre is amazing! I contacted him through the website to see if he could help my husband and I since we are trying to buy a house and want to make sure our credit is in order. He responded extremely quickly and explained how 1 item was due to fall off on it's own and how to dispute it if it didn't and everything else looked great. He did n't try to convince us how we needed his services or to sign up for some monthly service like another company had tried to do. I engaged with Pinnacle after several unsuccessful months using a different credit repair agency. I was skeptical at first due to some of the negative reviews but decided to take a chance given his unique approach. I couldn't be happier. While the person I dealt with might be a little "rough around the edges" I cannot argue that his process works and works well. He is aggressive, proactive, and responsive. P.S If you are looking for a complete analysis of your credit im certain that Pinnacle is what you need. In the first consultation I got complete clarity on my situation. I had no idea you could add primary tradelines to your credit to increase your credit history. This was important for me because I wanted to get approved for a chase sapphire card and I got approved shortly after. They also remove any inquiries!

I started my credit repair journey in mid Dec and wasn't sure if this will work. I gave Andre a call and discussed what i was looking for. He ensured me that if i don't see a result, money back guarantee. So i gave it a try and saw results with two weeks after he started working on my account. I got four negative hit on my credit profile and he was able to removed two of them and continue to work on my account to remove the rest. I would recommend his services to anyone thats looking for a credit repair as i saw results like he said!!

I’m super excited about this service. I was blown away that within days, my inquiries were removed so fast. Also, for example, my score on Equifax jumped up 55 points. I signed up after speaking to a “ Terry” who sounded great when I called. I paid $750 half of fast track . There was activity the first couple days. But it became apparent this was only a few guys on their phones answering only the calls they wanted to. Terrible at return calls & customer satisfaction. I never spoke with the first guy again. The one that finally did call back said he was Terry & was very difficult to understand . He offered personal excuses for not returning calls including his parents fighting. Bottom line they use a program hat sends emails to all creditors disputing claims. You will be asked to buy Tradelines. I don’t believe the other reviews that are positive. I would recommend a pass on pinnacle.

Robin, we have sent you numerous updates and have been pretty responsive however you’ve called our office at very odd hours and borderline harassing my staff which is unacceptable. Given that we have been very polite and also provided you results in which we have published on our social media which is the world can see clearly that your complaint is somewhat bizarre because we definitely increased your credit remember your score was extremely low and you had several negative items that we removed and that’s basically why you hired us. You didn’t hire us so that we could listen to your personal life problems every five minutes by receiving a call from you and yes you were bugging us! We have many many clients and you’re the first person that has ever made a complaint against my staff member also we have a report that you were very I’m polite and you made my staff feel very uncomfortable by belittling them. As the CEO of Pinnacle credit Repair I’m leaving this reply to teach you and teach others that it’s not OK to harass people it’s not OK to abuse people and it’s not OK to take it vantage of other people especially when they provided you results which you cannot deny. This guy is a total scammer. Search for him on youtube "Andrew Pinnacle Credit" before doing business, I wish I had. He took my money and ran. ($2500!). I have the contract I have the screen shots I have the whatsapp messages where he calls me foul and racist names, I have everything. Send me a message directly and I will happily show you it ALL. Another thing, this guy does is end his responses with a ":)" it's a psychopath's way of diffusing the situation. He has his shirt off in ever video because he's also feeling constricted. It's psychology folks. I can provide ever single document and conversation. He was a fast talker and I fell for him empty promises, now I just want my money back. I hired a private investigator who tracked him down to Viet Nam, Tây Hồ, Hanoi, Vietnam, to be exact. He’s hiding out. With many legal cases pending against here in the USA. You have been warned! Avoid at all costs!

HORRIBLE company and the guy is a joke. Even had a meltdown online and posted my text to him calling me stupid and talking VERY NEGATIVELY about folks with bad credit and proceeded to talk down to me because my credit was bad lol. Me thinks this twirp Andre is in the wrong business. He's a wannabe that never will be!!! He did get me for 1500.00 but I'm okay with that as I don't have to deal with his miserable self any longer and I'm praying I'll actually get some results with the new company I hired.
Somebody surely needs to knock that rather large chip on your shoulder right on off! You're a miserable little man

Im writing another review in hopes someone will respond to me , I notice Andre responding to reviews . Its been too months since my review. I have called and sent emails. This has to be the most unprofessional business I have ever come across. Next step is legal. I have patient long enough waiting for a response. Took my money and ran. I ask anyone reading this or thinking about this company , its smoke and mirrors. I simply want a response. I want a refund , I paid the fee in full and nothing was done. I didn't even get a phone call or email after I paid. This is absolutely highway robbery. I worked hard for my $1500. These guys have proven to be a bunch scam artist.

Amar, I know you’re trying to cry wolf and paint a picture as if we have done something entirely wrong, but that’s not the truth of the matter. We have been in communication with you and you seem to be very argumentative and not cooperative. You harassed or sass from different phone numbers calling calling calling which is unusual and unnecessary we have decided to ignore your phone calls and any phone calls that you have regarding the matter because we have a dress all your concerns via email.
Unfortunately you do not qualify for any reason because we have fulfilled our policies and as a policy states we cannot offer you a refund because you do not qualify how do you qualified people just giving you a refund without a question. I know that you’re upset because of that decision but there’s no way around it we could still work together because you prematurely decided to jump ship due to your impatience and anxiousness (happens time to time) but that’s no way to treat your credit we had something good going on and you can’t just jump ship like that we are hoping that you continue to work with us as we will continue to further better your credit as we did before no one took it vantage of you we’re not in the business of doing that it’s just that there has been a disconnect between us both that we want to fix slandering us and bad mouthing us our social media is not the way to go about it perhaps you would respond to my emails and we can continue to work together. ;) have a nice day bro
