Communication was poorly demonstrated and after I cancelled my membership they walked into my bank account and took another $99.95 and will not give it back. They are a serious rip off ...

I signed up in Dec. 2010 and paid them a furtune. I received minimal results and Experian would not investigate there disputes. I called and called and emailed and emailed with little to no communication. When I challenged there guarantee, I was hung up on and my account was closed. Well over a year of waited money and time in the toilet.

They work the other two credit bureaus swiftly but I have been with them since July 2012 and nothing has been removed from my Experian credit report, They are a little slow but if you have time to wait you can go with Lexington. If you are in a hurry, you may want to try another company.

6 months of paying and only 1 item removed.... Then i went to cancel 7 days before my next due date and they said they must bill me 1 more month for nothing at all.. Come to think about it that is what they did the whole time Bill me for nothing so why am i surprised.. Very unhappy....

I hired Lexington Law to resolve a 3-yr old short sale with Chase Bank Mortgage. Into the 3rd month, it still appears… money down the drain. I was informed, “they don't want to send out aggressive letter until the next month”. Wow!

I was very disappointed upon hiring for their service six months ago. Lex Law does not disclose their discount pricing (for couples) that changes after the first month. Their customer service was poor and it was humiliating to pay a company that could not give me confidence and I was not prepared to wait more than a year for the desired results.

We were trying to purchase a house and needed as much credit repair help as we could get. After 6 months of payments to Lexington Law, my score hadn’t moved at all, and nothing had been repaired on my credit report. Their website was not at all helpful, and prompted me to contact customer service to reset my password EVERY time I signed in. I would never recommend them to anyone!

They debited money and held in account until ready to make a deal with creditors. Everything was fine with one creditor but the other filed suit. This issue caused credit problems for several years.

DO NOT throw your money away with Lexington Law. I paid them $2,064.00 and they only removed one negative item from my credit report. They are too expensive and move too slow in order to charge you a monthly fee of $129.00
