In the beginning there was a lot of improvement but, I would suggest staying on top of your case because mine eventually went stagnant. Once I got in touch with them I started noticing improvement again. It seemed like if I wasn't paying attention they would just collect my payment without producing results.

Customer service was great. My first few days with Lexington law they removed 3 items off of my credit report, however, my score still stayed the same. I had them 2 years prior for like 2 months and had 6 or 7 items removed, that's why I chose to start back up with them.

Unfortunately, my experience with Lexington Law as a whole has not been satisfying. My wife and I have been paying them too much money for very little results when it comes to repairing our credit. Despite all of the information we provided LL that would prove we have inaccurate information on our credit reports such as, bank statements showing on time payments to our creditors, LL has not been able to or decided not to utilize that information to clean up our credit reports. I'll probably work with the service for a few more months, because I'm more than patient. However, if there isn't an positive results soon, I'll be cancelling the service.

I really cannot give Lexington a real rate because I haven't been with them that long. The only that I can say is that for the little while that I have been with them, they have stayed in contact with me through mail letting me know that they are working on my case. By unexpected financial difficulty in my personal life I had to opt out with Lexington until I can get myself together. My plans are to return back to Lexington to give them a chance to help me get my credit straight, but until that time comes I just can't do it at the present time.
