I wanted to put "zero" stars, but that wasn't an option. I am not very satisfied with the snail pace the operations has... I wish that I could get all my money back. My wife and I both pay for this service and I haven't seen much benefit over the 5-6month period that we have joined. I would not recommend the service to any of my network.

Went in to this blind and walked by faith. I started building credit at 18yrs old. Not everything was going well for me at the time. Instead of waiting 7yrs for paid off collections and late payments, I can finally focus on more important things. I was referred to Lexington law by my car dealer. I tried it and was quite disappointed. I was hoping for updates after being assigned someone to work with me. As the process is going along, give me step by step instructions, expectations, updates etc. for example: “ we just sent out letters or notices, it should take x amount of days 2) we just received feedback your letters have been sent, please keep us posted…just something I received a monthly bill I just quit. The agent still had nothing… it was just a frustrating experience overall.

At the onset of hiring, I indicated I would write a scathing review if I was not satisfied. I am not mildly satisfied. In the beginning, I spoke with a gentleman who seemed to be eager, competent and knowledgeable. I asked all the right questions.......one of which was, "What is your incentive for expeditiously managing my case", and "How advantageous is it for me to hire your org as opposed to managing this myself or hiring the next Jo Blow". Well, anyway, its six months later and there has been no change that can be attributed to this organization. The only reason I gave two stars is because everyone has been courteous and friendly and thats hard enough to come by these days. In all honesty though I would have rather had a brute that got the job done.
