Inversion Credit

I've had no problems. With inversion true they take a min. to answer the phone. But not always my rep. Tiffany are like family I can call her she always answers promptly and if she doesn't she apolojizes. My credit went from 438 to 520 in the first few months she keeps me informed on how to build my credit. Patients is what most of the bad reviews those people have it. Don't think about how long it takes for them to answer the phone. Look at your credit score! From my first counselor Barry to Tiffany they've helped me. Another month or two I'll be at 850. PATIENTS!!! And plus with my discount I pay 40.00 dollar less than anywhere else. You better ask somebody you heard. Lol Have a wonderful God Blessed day.

So far this company has done stellar work for me. The gentleman who sold me explained in depth that this would be a lengthy process and it does take time. I've jumped up 65 pts in three months and I'm willing to wait another three months if it goes even higher. For the rest of the reviewers, I feel as though they weren't patient enough.

I had Inversion Credit work on my credit for 3 months. I was contemplating on going with another company after the 3 months and they acted like they didn't care if I did or not. They removed some items off my credit report. But customer service Is #1 in my book. I ended up overdraft in my account because of a payment they took that was not authorized. I called and spoke to someone and she didn't care. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It started off good but at the end of the day, I feel they just want your money.

I would never recommend this company. My husband and I thought we were speaking with them regarding a Rent To Own Home Program and within 5 minutes of the call our credit was pulled and we were no longer talking about a home we were discussing g credit repair options. We do not need credit repair. They were smooth talkers and talked us into their program and never said they were going to charge the debit card used for the 1.00 credit score fee. I immediately checked my account and they charged my account 178.00. I called back to stop payment. They said they did turned around and charged my husband's card the same amount. We called back again to cancel the whole program and Sarah the employee put her boss on the phone. He never introduced himself and was very nasty and rude. He kept trying to look up our case to get us to stay with his program. It took my husband 20 minutes to get this guy to understand we wanted to cancel. The boss (don't know his name) got really loud and yelling stating it is a recorded line and he is only being professional with us. NO HE WAS NOT!!! HE finally got the message when I told him I was calling my lawyer. He then said he would have his cancellation team call us on Monday when I know they were still open for another hour. We went to our bank the very next day (saturday) and the money was already out if our accounts. We had to open a fraudulent claim with our bank and cancel our debit cards. Now we have to fight to get our 400.00 back. This company is a joke and trust me a lesson well learned by us to NEVER TRUST an online Rent To Own company, meet in person.

Our experience with Inversion Credit was "Awesome"...Within 60 days my husband and I credit score jumped up almost 100 points. Thanks Inversion Credit now my family and I can get the home of our dreams..

I have been calling and trying to cancel for weeks now with luck. I leave messages on my account managers line and no luck just yet. I've called the main customer service number and always that the wait will be 1 hour or more. I leave my number for someone to call me back be cause I am assured that I will not lose my place in line. But as of right now, I am still waiting. This has to be one of the worst customer service lines I jave ever called to. I will be calling my bank to put a halt on any funds being automatically withdrawn from my account. Until I speak to someone. This is outright ridiculous.

Extremely poor customer service, Many promises made as I went in and nothing was delivered, they have changed my account manager three times in 45 days of doing business with them and have pulled credit reports too often stating is a soft inquiry and is not. I am not sure how it is that this company is in business, they clearly are not prepared to deal with other people's accounts, nor have the education to talk to them over the phone keeping in mind that customer service is their bread and butter. The last account manager I had was so rude over the phone that I could hardly get a word out of my mouth without him having a smart remark. I would ask the public to go online and educate themselves about this companies that make promises to help you clean up your credit and see the rating and reviews on them. I highly recommend anyone to Lexington Law Firm, you will see immediate results and they will return your calls always, just because you are having an issue with low score in your credit does not mean that any credit repair company is going to treat you like a second class citizen...

Inversion Credit has done virtually nothing to assist in boosting my credit score. Further, I cancelled their service by email, and revoked my debit authorization, and the company continued to debit my account, and upon my demand, refused to refund the money. It is my opinion that these people are the worst, and are scammers. I gave 1 star only because I could not go lower.

They have helped my credit tremendously over just a few months period. The money is well worth it and the people and nice and helpful.

These people are nothing more then a scam and crooks ! These days they take money out of my account when ever they want ! I have bank statements to prove it they don't even send a receipt anymore by email they are just stealing money out of my account and as for more involved when I started many months ago I asked if there is something I could do or should do they said No.

I joined on 3/6/2017 and paid the $99.95 fee plus check the box for cancellation within 3 days of joining. They give you a number to call to cancel but they won't answer the phone, just long long long petiods of waiting on the phoneline. I was given a bogus site to view houses,unfound website plus the representative gave me her name and when the next day they lady stated no one work there by that name.I sent three emails to cancel.

After I canceled my contract they deducted $79.95 the very next month I was incensed . Do not sign up with these crooks. Any company that sends you a receipt with no phone number on it are hiding something, nor do they send you a report that's because they aren't doing what they claim to do that is fix your credit.call your bank and ask them to remove the withdrawal and block them from your account. Just get rid of these bloodsuckers

I would not recommend this company to anybody. All they do is send out letters once a month and then you get the response and have to send it to them. Then they know who not to send next month. So basically you are working for them. Then when you ask them to stop taking payments out they don't know what that means and continues. The only reason they got a 1 is they know how to take your money

These people are the worse! They took money from my account, unauthorized and then argued with me when I requested it back! These guys are crooks and I would not work with these guys at all! RUN FROM THEM!! They try and fast talk you and then yell when they can't. I only gave 1 star because I had to

My score was in the 300's. The got me to almost 700. I'm buying a home. It took about a year to get my score there. Pros this company can get it done if you give it time. Its not overnight. 3 months wont get it. I started at $99/ m by years end they had given me a discount to $69 / m for paying on time. When they took my score as high as they could they contacted me to inform me that they would be ending my acct. and we parted ways. Cons: they are hard to reach but will call you regularly. I am still trying to refer people to them but can usually only leave messages. I took a star for that.

You all are terrible! all you want is the money, you are making peoples credit worse!
