The Good

  • Free Credit Consultation
  • 100% Money-Back Guarantee
  • 24/7 Online Portal

Not only is eCredit Advisor focused on helping its clients with credit repair, but the company assists in improving a client's overall financial situation, helping them with home loans, car loans, and credit card rates.

The credit repair company has different payment options for its clients, providing more choices than other companies. In addition to this great financial perspective, eCredit Advisor has many other bonuses, such as:

Free Credit Consultation

The firm offers potential credit repair clients a free credit consultation, which involves the evaluation of the client's current credit situation.

After clients create an account with eCredit Advisor, they will be assigned a personal credit coach who will meet with them twice per month or more depending on the clients' needs.

100% Money-Back Guarantee

Clients are offered a 100% money-back guarantee by eCredit Advisor. It's important to note that this type of refund is not offered by all credit repair organizations.

24/7 Online Portal

eCredit Advisor provides its clients with an online portal that can be accessed 24/7. Clients can use the portal to obtain updated information regarding the credit repair process.

According to the company's website, it typically takes clients around four to five months to finish eCredit Advisor's credit repair program.

The Bad

  • Credit Repair Cost
  • High Setup Fee

Even though eCredit Advisor has many great benefits to their many services, they do have a few drawbacks. Their main drawbacks are reflected in cost, such as:

Credit Repair Cost

eCredit Advisor charges $165 per month, for up to five months, for their services. Clients can choose between 1 Cycle to 5 Cycles for their credit repair needs.

This monthly price is quite high for credit repair services, but if eCredit Advisor can fix clients' credit situations in five months as they state, then this is a much shorter period of time than most companies, making eCredit Advisor's price overall not as expensive.

High Setup Fee

The firm charges a high setup fee to new clients and couples wanting their services.

The Bottom Line

eCredit Advisor provides its clients with several great services and resources. Clients can choose from five different credit repair options, stated as cycles. In addition, clients have 24/7 access to an online portal. And the firm offers a 100% money-back guarantee.

However, eCredit Advisor has a large setup fee and charges a pretty high monthly rate for their services. Depending on how long you use their services, the total amount a client will pay can be quite high. We recommend researching the top-ranked credit repair companies to compare before making a decision.

My experience with eCreditAdvisor, specifically Todd and Brandon, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers actively working to rebuild our credit and create a stable future for our family. We came into this process hopeful and ready to follow professional guidance. While we were initially told we had “potential,” the information we received quickly became inconsistent and unclear. We were told different things at different times, and there was never a clear, structured plan or direction. As things progressed, it became evident that they did not actually want to take us on as clients. Instead of being upfront, we were given conflicting explanations and statements that did not align from one conversation to the next. This made the process feel misleading rather than helpful. One of the biggest concerns was their refusal to review our current financial information. It felt like decisions were being made based on outdated or incomplete details instead of taking the time to understand our actual situation. Because of this, we ultimately chose not to move forward with their program. It was also discouraging to feel dismissed and not taken seriously as young buyers trying to better our lives. The overall experience lacked transparency, professionalism, and the level of support you would expect when seeking help with something as important as your financial future. Overall, we were left feeling more confused than supported. Credit repair should involve clear communication, honesty, and a realistic plan of action, and that was not our experience here. Due to the inconsistent information, lack of transparency, and misleading communication, I cannot recommend their services. I strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions, ensure their current financial situation is being properly evaluated, and explore multiple options before committing.

My experience was not what I expected. I was told my credit would bounce back since what I had on my report were so old. I spent $500 for my credit to just plummet dramatically. I did everything ecredit suggested for me to do and my credit is in worse shape. No old reports fell off I feel like I wasted my time and money. I would like to know if there is a way to receive a refund since so much money was wasted as well as my time.

I joined this credit advisor organization hoping that the credit advisor would assist me with my credit. Denise the ecredit advisor was rude each time she called and was not assistance to me. I paid the fee each month but she was no help to me. She did not give me any suggestions or support. She asked for letters and a copy of my credit report. This program was a waste of my money. I could have paid my bills instead of paying for program that did nothing for me or my credit.

Please don’t waste your money!!! Horrible credit repair company that just want your money$$$ After >10 months my credit score was not improving enough to close on our home. My husband and I had to seek advice of “google” and other knowledgeable loan officers who gave us better advice than these people. Now we are close to closing on our home but definitely NOT because of eCredit advisor!!! Do your homework and know what your getting into before signing up with this company!!!

We paid so much money for my husband and I to get help with helping buy our home. Ecredit guaranteed us that in 6 months they would have our our credit where it needed to be. It has been almost a year now and nothing has been done. I few baby collections were deleted but absolutely nothing at all near where we need to be. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NO GOOD AND DO NOTHING BUT LIE!

Very bad experience. If I could give this firm and its manager a ZERO STAR, I would. Dishonest, lacks transparency and shady in their approach. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer services, after they payment from customers, they never answer their phone. They lied about offering $99 in the first month. This company should be investigated for fraud and extortion. STAY AWAY AND AVOID eCREDIT ADVISOR BECAUSE IT'S ALL LIES.

As a lender and also customer, I have to say this is the WORST credit repair company I have EVER dealt with. Their CEO Todd Archambault is a jerk who makes promises he can't keep and is extremely rude. I absolutely have made sure no one at my company uses them and have luckily been successful. There are better ones out there. Service goes both ways and so does reputation. They can't do both. Avoid

Ecreditadvisors is horrible. Save your money, and pay down your debt because they do nothing to fix your credit. They put in disputes that you can do yourself easily. In the end they removed nothing from my credit report and communicated nothing to me.

Hard to get in contact with my agent. Seems like all we did was play phone tag. Nothing was removed from my credit. I paid for this program for no reason.

Save your money! Not worth it. All they do is dispute. The amount of money I gave these crooks , I could had just paid down some of the debt myself.
