I had 3 items on my credit. 1 item I was already taking care of. I told them if they could start working on the other 2. After the first month they gave me the good news that they were working on the one item that I told them not to worry about. One month later which is now 2 months in I recieve and email informing me that they send out a letter to the second item. What ? Why not send letters to all at the same time ? After about 5 months I cancelled the service without any improvement. 2 months later they start charging my credit card again and I had to contact my C.C. card to remove the charges. I then went on Esperian and within a day my credit improved just by adding all my monthly Bill's. Within 1 month I was up by 80 points and 120 point within 2 months. Credit repair is a rip off.
