My husband and I signed up for the Family Plan Offer 2 months ago we are looking to purchase a home by the end of next year, so far my husband has had more results than me. I didn't have as much on my report as he did so I was happy with it. I'd like to see what happens in the next month for me. I am pretty hopeful with The Credit Pros.

One thing I have to say is you need help repairing mistakes on your credit report call this company The Credit Pr0s. They helped me get this old child support thing taken care of quick. It ain't right how these places report mistakes all the time its like they want to make you look bad. They worth the money if u need professional help.

I am very surprized with the amount of helps they offer in my client app. They give you a link to help you get credit cards and another link to help you find an auto loan etc. I guess The Credit Pros want to make this a no brainer which helps me since I am too busy to look all of this up myself.

Was told that they only work on your credit file every 60 days but was being charged every 30 days. They do not automatically do all 3 bureaus and even though I had an all 3 bureau report and gave them the username and password I would have to contact support to get them to upload my report every month. When I decided it was too much to keep up with and wanted to cancel they would never cancel me.. they kept telling me that they never received my cancellation and would keep charging me. Then they would put a "Retention specialist" on the phone to try to persuade me to stay with the service and even after I told her "No" they still wouldn't cancel me. The only way was to cancel my debit card. Once they get the 3 bureau thing fixed and decide to work every 30 days i would be glad to go back to them "With a Prepaid Debit Card" lol. They did get things removed but just took forever cause of the 60 day thing.

Since we hired them (about 3 years ago), my score has improved by about 70 points, simply by having them delete old and false entries, and have them keep monitoring every movement long term, in order to maintain the improved credit score....
