When I had some issues, I was unable to get a copy of my Equifax credit report for almost 2-3 months. It wasn't really their fault... I just didn't know I needed to verify my identity. But they are one of the few companies that is actually good at what they do because some companies can't remove items. I just don't like the length of time it takes.

They did a good job on my credit… but they only do so much. I don’t have a lot of bad things on my credit report, but there were a lot of things on there that were false. And Key Credit Repair didn’t do what I asked them to do. I was satisfied with them up to a point, and then it was like they couldn’t do anything more. I had them for 7 or 8 months, and for the last 2 months, nothing was done. I contacted them a couple of times and asked them about certain things. They said they were working on it but it didn’t seem like they were working on what I wanted them to work on.

They only got 1 thing taken off of 1 credit report and there were many more things I wanted done. I don’t know if they were sending any letters, I was just told to keep uploading things and nothing changed. They were very responsive with emails and we communicated very well. I was able to upload everything they needed, but nothing ever changed while they said they were resolving the issue.

Started working witht hem a year ago and they've only removed one item from my credit histroy and with that, my credit score has only slightly increased. They don't seem to be in a hurry to help out my credit score and they haven't met my expectations. They have been response when I've had questions and I'm usually able to get ahold of someone.

They made a mistake. The first person who contacted me was an eager sales person. She way over promised and over sold the company. Even I wondered if she should be promising me an 800 credit score. She said the small things I needed to remove from my credit score would be so easy to fix. I told her if she could promise all that I would give them the $150/month. And they said they could do everything I wanted within a month. In the end, they did not impact my score at all. I already had really good credit. I only went with them because I wanted to see if I could go from really good to perfect basically. And in the very beginning they had promised me that. After a few months, they said they were really sorry that the initial sales person told me all these things and that what she said was not true. At that point I feel like they should have refunded me everything because they promised things that they couldn’t provide. They were super friendly, nice, helpful people. Maybe they can actually help people with damaged credit. But my experience is that they tricked me and I lost all the money that I didn’t want to spend. Overall, they completely failed me and they were a piece of crap. But they were really nice.

Would give them a zero but it's not available. This company is a joke . They Use the consumer protection agency to try and get things removed Illegally and it will come back to you.they do not return calls they take your money though. I disputed 4 things and got 3 removed they tried to take credit for them .I'm a 52 yr Old Marine Vet who has Served over seas and just went through a bad divorce once with a 790 score and needed help getting things cleared up that was not mine .instead what I got was a lecture from. A punk kid telling me That I should've paid my bills and I wouldn't be in this position,they never got any thing done just a theft game and I called them out on it. If you want credit repair do not use this company do it yourself go to each bureaus and Starr disputing . Read up on it look at YouTube videos. This compa6 will steal and rob you blind. And no refunds. I did report to FTC. and the consumer protection agency. I now have a local atty and filing a law suit to get my funds returned Due to the credit repair laws it's actually against the law for any credit repair company to take money without providing and kind of services for it. No money up front. This company has bad intentions fro. The start and limited staff no way can the cover the amount of people to do this job. Beware and you have been warned. Please look at the BBB reviews it's one after the other.

Ha! Key Credit Repair as a "best" company??? Don't even get me started. Let's just say I should have done my homework before hiring them -- I was naive and desperate to fix a past mistake I made during a tough time in my life that was still impacting my credit score. I turned to Key Credit Repair without looking further into their business ethics, history and customer experiences first. Really stupid error on my part. If you're here doing your homework on them because you're considering hiring them...good on ya! Don't waste your energy, money or time. If the reviews from customers of Key Credit Repair on the Better Business Bureau don't speak volumes, themselves, then perhaps the joint lawsuit by state and federal authorities filed against Key Credit Repair might shed some light on how they do business. Preying on naive people that find themselves in a vulnerable financial situation when they are sincerely trying to fix things, and snaking their way through apparent loopholes in the legal system, is what these guys seem to be "best" at. * Their portal "status updates" are bogus. It showed 3 items were "deleted" off my credit reports. When I checked in with the credit bureaus, themselves, as well as the company that had reported this...it still showed them on my records. Nothing was deleted. Total BS. * It's illegal for them to charge a single cent for their credit-repair services BEFORE achieving the promised results and BEFORE giving consumers a consumer report more than 6 MONTHS after achieving the results to demonstrate the results. * The "free coaching" they advertise you can get in 5 minutes with a quick Google search of "how to fix my credit score". No secret sauce. Implement whatever basic steps you find online and you'll get the same results and save yourself months of time plus the $150 they'll charge you monthly while they string you along. Why 'Key Credit Repair' is even featured here as a "best" company is beyond me.

This place is ridiculous! Told me up front that within 6 mos. My score would raise to 700. Charged me $130 mo. For 1 YEAR, 4 mos. I was in hospital with crohns disease and Cancer. She knew that and I finally said no more, they took 2 more unauthorized pmts out. I had to send envelopes full of correspondence from companies to them all yr and she wouldn't return calls or emails, notjibg changed, the "pie chart" that was to show the progress never moved! Went to BBB and they told then I was trying to rip them off, cussed then out and was unreasonable. That's RICH!! Will not give me even a portion of my money back, so goes the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

I wish there was a negative 34 that's what I would give this company. First off there's NO I mean NO money back gaurentee 2nd they will charge your card everyday till funds are available sometimes before it's due. Then send out emails text messages stated your account is on hold. Already it takes 45 for there debt validation letter. And NOTHING changed on my profile so waste of money. This site misrepresents key credit repair.i read all the reviews here and wonder how they got there.... Pretty good scam just saying ....with kick backs.

They worked on my file for about a year, although there were a number of items removed, they were very slow, hard to get in touch with, would not return calls, kept me waiting on the phone for ever until I had to hang up; they also keep setting me up with quick credit reporting companies to get them report updates then having me cancel before changes. I dropped their service.

Pricier than others, definitely cut corners. They want your log in & password so they can access your credit report rather than doing a soft pull. Seemed fishy to me so I went with Lexington. They were professional, did not cut corners or try and make me do half the work and less expensive. Good luck
