I have been with this company for 3 months and have nothing good to say about their service. Of the 11 accounts and 19 inquiries listed as the benchmark, 10 accounts and all the inquiries remain. Actually, there are 9 remaining, but I don't count that because while it fell off the TU and Exp reports, this account which closed in 2012 is reporting on Equ as of last month. If dispute letters were actually sent, I should have received a follow-up letter from each of the bureaus for the last 3 months - I have only received 3 in total (and one was received 2 weeks after signing with them - I have to attribute that to my own dispute efforts). I have asked to see copies of the letters sent, but have been met with excuses (if they respond at all) at every request. They have a nice process and a good "dispute dashboard", but they are not the only company with this software, and what good is a format for tracking results when there are none? If you're the type to just send money and not ask questions or demand results and accountability, this is the firm for you.
