Don't hire this company. Our credit barely went up. We ended up raising both of ours by ourselves with some hard work. They signed us up for a recurring fee for credit reports thru 2 credit bureaus (we did not agree to) and we got charged but they won't refund it. They say they cancelled it after the inital report, but they did not. Both Jennifer and Kavita said they would look into it, but they refuse to return emails or calls about it now and no refund for the service I didn't sign up for. Very poor customer service with them and poor communication throughout. Be careful, watch your credit card statements VERY carefully- we didn't catch it at first! They get one star only because I have to.

I was very disappointed with the services or CreditUs, my credit did not increased t all, and there was little to no communication with my representative. I would call and leave messages to get updates and took a long time to get back to me. The rep claimed she never received my emails, I had to send them 2 o 3 times just to never hear back from them. I have called several times in the past 2 weeks to speak to someone for an update and to this day, after emais and phone calls no one has contacted me yet. Still waiting to hear back from them for a refund. Don't hire this company, not good at all.
