I am sorry that you feel we did not perform as agreed for you. Credit is a very complicated, confusing arena, and I think you are a little confused about your file with us.

First, when you called the bureaus, you asked them about “open” disputes. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), bureaus have 30 days to process disputes. So, by the time you called the bureaus, the disputes we filed on your behalf, by law, had been closed. That is why they told you they did not have any open disputes on your file. Unfortunately, I don’t think you asked them the correct question.

The record you showed for your online disputes are limited to disputes you make through the bureaus portal. For a number of reasons, we do not file online disputes. In fact, most credit experts will tell you that filing online disputes through a bureau’s portal is a mistake. Because our disputes were not made online, they will not show in the online portal.

Finally, I think you are a little confused about your file with us. I am 100% confident that your initial dispute letters were filed with the bureaus. We have systems in place to make sure this happens. So, our employees could not “forget” to file them, as an error would register in our system. There is no such error in your file with us. Nonetheless, based on your concern, we sent a second set of the initial dispute letters to the bureaus for you. The letters we sent you to sign and mail out were the second round of dispute letter we generated for you. In other words, we did your initial disputes twice, and your second round of disputes once (three total sets of letters).

Eric, I stand by the services we provide to customers. We have been in business for 15 years and have tons of happy customers. Our system, however, is a process. We have 4 rounds of letters because, sometimes, that is what it takes to get items corrected or verified on credit reports. Had you allowed us to finish our process for you, I am certain you would have enjoyed the success so many of our clients experience.
