Credit Repair Plan Options 

American Credit Consulting offers the following three different service level plan options for consumers: Silver Plan, Gold Plan, and Platinum Plan. 

Each plan includes 24/7 online client portal access, support from a credit specialist, credit building assistance, credit education resources, unlimited disputes to all three credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion), and a 120-day money-back guarantee.  

American Credit Consulting mentions online that it does not charge clients for the first month if they sign up for the Platinum Plan option. 

While the company does state that it charges a one-time enrollment fee and a document fee upon sign up, it does not provide specific pricing information for each plan on its website. Consumers may have to sign up for a free consultation in order to obtain specific pricing information. 

Money-Back Guarantee

Unlike some other companies in the credit repair industry, American Credit Consulting offers a 100 percent, money-back guarantee.  According to the company’s website, clients are entitled to a refund if the following conditions have been met: 

• The client does not remove more than 25 percent of the negative items worked on by the company. 
• The client has had the company’s services for at least six months.
• The client has had at least four negative items on their credit report at the time of enrollment.
• The client has not used a different credit consulting agency and has not attempted to repair their own credit two years prior to their enrollment in American Credit Consulting’s services. 
• The client has agreed to send updated credit reports from all three credit bureaus to the company within five days of receipt. 
• The client notifies the company if they have not received updated reports every 15–45 days.
• The company also allows clients to cancel services at any time after enrollment. Clients who wish to cancel services will, however, need to notify the company in writing seven days before the next billing date occurs. 

Dispute Process

American Credit Consulting provides clients with a custom dispute action plan and will send out unlimited dispute letters to all three major credit bureaus on the behalf of its clients. 
Additionally, the company states online that it will implement advanced dispute tactics when necessary. That said, the company does not go into detail on its website about what these advanced tactics entail.

While the company does provide some information about its credit repair services, it does not disclose information regarding specific plan pricing or one-time fees, staff credentials, discount availability, states serviced, and more. 

American Credit Consulting also does not seem to provide information about what type of credit education resources and what type of credit building assistance it provides to its clients. 

Lack of Additional Services

With the exception of credit education and credit building assistance, American Credit Consulting does not seem to provide additional services like credit monitoring, credit coaching, debt validation, etc. 

Consumers should know that many top-rated companies in the credit repair industry provide additional services that are designed to help consumers maintain their finances and credit after they are finished going through the credit repair process.
