Discounts you jump through hoops to get and never come to fruition. I was quoted $268/month- astronomical, and with all the phone calls and tasks they have set for me, I can't get below $306/month. Of course they give 3 whole days to change your mind on the contract, but you don't realize the barrel you are over until much later.

If you switch to US Cellular to get a free or substantially discounted phone, beware that it will be the last time you get that deal. Current customers do not get the same deals as new customers, and never have in the last 8 years that I've had US Cellular. Time for a change to a company that appreciates their customers!!

Everything was fine as long as I paid on time. Only had one late payment in 4 years, but when my workmphine gotmcracked, I got rude reps and the runaround. They did nothing nothing to offer to assist me, gave me the line about it wasn't insured.....is this how They treat good customers

Every time I see an ad I get angry. Their billing is never the same twice. When I had Straight Talk and Verizon I knew exactly what my bill would be. I complained to no satisfaction. The coverage is horrible. The only reason I still use USCellular is because of the contract. I hate everything about the company

The service sucks! I live on main street in Broken Arrow OK and i have two bars! Really!?! I have been in store and called them i dont know how many times. Just the same ole run around. DO NOT GO WITH THIS SERVICE. And do not go out of town with it.

Terrible service got the s8 today and all of my other phones went out, I called in as I have a 15 yo I can't contact and the guy told me to calm down, I was calm but once he said that all s**t hit the fan... Tell me to calm down that they screwed up my accounts. Will be looking into finding service elseware.....

Be aware that even if you return everything and cancel within the 15 day "guarantee," you are still going to be billed for a full month of service. My bill for the 5 days I was a customer was $60. Read the fine print.

The worst coverage ever! My calls get dropped constantly, i sometimes dont recieve texts from people, very unreliable data that is very slow or doesnt work even though it says 4G. Worst major phone company hands down.

One of the biggest lies to the people ever is "NO HIDDEN FEES".. All I have seen from US Cellular is hidden fees!!!! The grass is not greener on this side of the fence, stay where you are is what I recommend.

they promises our bill will be a certain amount and when we got our first bill it was twice what they promisd. It is unlimited data up to 4 gb for the computer and 2 gb for my tablet. unlimited but not much gb.

worst cell phone company ever. overcharged me 120 dollars after they forced me to switch to another carrier because of the service quality in my area. customer service was an abomination. DO NOT USE US CELLULAR!!!!

Switched from another provider due to a US Cellular rebate promo, then they refused to honor the rebate, sticking us with around $2,000 in bills. Terrible customer service, not to be trusted.

I had US Cellular and I did not have the best luck. The coverage was poor and I could not get the billing correct. They did always try to help me with billing but I never felt like it was right.

The unlimited plan isn’t unlimited and they charge you for hotspots. Not to mention the service is terrible. Always at one to two bars using their WiFi
