Total Wireless has very reasonable rates, and uses the same networks as companies that cost two or three times as much. I very seldom lose coverage, except in the most rural areas of western states. Customer service can be a little hard to understand sometimes, but we get through it.

Total wireless lol is a total joke! Is this a real company? Our one goal today was to activate a phone that total wireless sent to me. After spending a few hours and speaking to approximately 5 individuals from the Philippines. I could hear children crying in the background. I went around in circles and at the end was told “ your phone is not working “… total wireless takes 24 hours after it is activated? Really my phone isn’t working? I say “it shows not connected to a network and no number attached. Well… “that’s not the problem” says total wireless. It’s not working they concluded!

First and foremost "we" (our entire family) have been with this company for years. Even when it has been vocalized we should seen another carrier others have defended the price and consistent reliability. (barring when calling customer svc for assistance it is near impossible to get a human capable of speaking CLEAR English that can be understood without asking to have the operator repat him or herself multiple times. Until NOW. The following was my review. "I was an immediate need a replacement for an LG Stylo. The only way I could get the Stylo was to buy it with a plan they would not sell it without a plan which really p*ssed( I would know the words of the left I wanted to call profanity and try to censor it) me off we already have the family plan we don't need anything else so this was wasted money however I need my style back. I'm going to attempt to find silos that will be compatible with this service and if they're not the service will lose me in the future to a company that will provide for the LG Stylo 6 + 7 even though we have been with this company for years I understand they have terminated their agreement to carry or yes let's just call it a carry the style of line as it is definitely being phased out by the company making it. Why carry something if a company is not going to make it it's good business but at the same time the Stylo itself is a very good reliable puppy dog of a telephone." Apparently an honest review was disliked by the company and they sent this in reply. "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" Meaning if you will not say something nice we will not publish it on our site. Go look. I dare anyone to go look at the sites for each and every individual company. Filters are used to kick negative reviews so you the consumer trying to research the best to suit your needs are misled into thinking everyone loves a service. all of the above just because they would not post a negative comment. YES. they forced me to spend money on a service plan i did not need in order to be able to buy the product I did. I have decided as the hold out to listen to my siblings. the next phone that dies.. whatever carrier has the LG Stylo gets our business. oh... and sidenote. WE ALL have an LG Stylo. We are highly brand and service loyal when we find something that suits our needs well. I keep being asked {this time] why didn't you just get an I phone. "we" like the stylo and its OS. oh and the above... My response to Total wireless was "You refuse to publish it because it is a negative review. Fine I will send it to Consumer Reports stating you refused to post it to your site along with this response you sent" well guess what. that was sent to them before i started writing this and before I got to the point and not even to below where I click on "Did...Total Wireless to leave this review?" the primary number on our account has received a phone call regarding my email and how it was profane in content. They would discontinue our service if I continued to make such negative commentary." um yeah. VERY smart. Call and tell a man who recently lost his wife and who is currently himself fighting a battle with terminal cancer his phone will be cut off for a negative comment about them forcing thew purchase of an entirely new plan on his household expenses when all "we" needed was a replacement Stylo. Bad business, Bad form,

I love the cheap monthly rate, though we do occasionally have issues with our quality of service, or not receiving a call.
