Yes, hello this is Nancy Lucero and I spoke with the representative Thai from American Dream extended warranty insurance and she was very helpful. I was refunded the money that I had put down and I had to cancel it unfortunately and Ty was able to handle that for me and credit it back to my card thank you very much. She was very helpful. I appreciate it.
