Took 30 days to finalize a new car purchase. Was my fourth time using them to finance a vehicle. Everything was always smooth in the past. This time I was trading in a car for an even trade. So financing the exact same amount. But lowered my monthly payment due to spread with new vehicle purchase. The loan was approved after two weeks. After two more weeks still waiting for them to issue check to dealer. No supervisors to talk to. No help. Never again.
