I paid off my truck ONE MONTH ago and was promised the title "in 7 to 10 days" and still haven't seen it. I want to sell my truck as my husband is sick and we need the money, but it's hard to do when you cannot get the title YOU ARE ENTITLED TO. Ford, I hate you for this stress and panic you are putting me through. If I had the money I would sue.

One star, only because I could not give zero Stars. Avoid. six months after closing one account and opening a new one, they have "reviewed" the old account and determined that there are monies outstanding. Utter rubbish. Paperwork does not state this but it all boils down to a conversation with the agent of Ford Credit aka the dealer. Would recommend that you avoid ford credit and their dealers. A shame as the cars are good.

FORD CREDIT IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! LIKE MANY PEOPLE HAVE SAID, THE REPS ARE COLD HEARTED, RUDE, AND VERY INCONSIDERATE! A PAYMENT I MADE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL AND THEY DIDN'T CARE. THEY LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER FOR A MEASLY $29.09 LATE FEE. I WILL NEVER LEASE OR PURCHASE A FORD CAR/TRUCK AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY CHILDREN. DON'T WORRY FORD, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I NEVER HAVE A LATE FEE AGAIN, I WILL JUST BUY/LEASE A BUICK INSTEAD....HAHAHA!!!

Their customer service is horrible. Supervisor does not return calls. 2020 F250 fuel gauge still not reading write. Truck is under warranty. Spent a week and a half in the shop at ford and still not fixed. Paid out of pocket for a rental car due to no loaners available! This has been a nightmare!

Lease buyout, Ford Credit won’t let customers out of lease as the original dealer has control of the lease. That is not customer friendly as all the Ford dealers don’t get along. You’re at the dealership s mercy and Ford Credit doesn’t care.

Dealer sent me an email asking if I was willing to bring my ford edge in a month early. So I did and Ford Credit came after me for the last lease payment and Bogus scratches on the car. Destroyed my Credit went form 810 to 653 fico Score. Do not do business with FMC>

Financed a new vehicle in July 2020, at a dealership in Port Lavaca, Tx We both have excellent credit above 800. The finance guy - only applied thru Ford, saying we could only get 7.99%. To make a long story - short, 2 months later refinanced thru USAA at 2.85% Don't go with Ford Motor Credit - scammers.

Spoke to Ford Credit about my account on numerous occasions and they continue to be nasty, rude, and disrespectful to customer's. It does seem to predominately male's who are speaking in this tone to me about the situation. Yes...Ford Credit is sexist and if I have my son listening in on the call ....all of the sudden they respond differently.
