Its focus has been to provide more innovative, stylish, and durable cabinets than any other cabinet maker in the business.

Quality Assurance

Diamond assures its customers that it will provide them with cabinets that meet four specifications: beauty, function, strength, and performance. These qualities make up Diamond’s FourEver Promise. According to the Diamond website, the FourEver quality assurance “promises to deliver beautiful cabinet finishes that are also durable, innovative organization to improve function in your room, [and] unmatched strength.”

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Diamond offers cabinet customers a limited lifetime warranty on its products — this warranty lasts for as long as the original customers own their homes. Customers should be aware that the warranty is void if the cabinets are modified in any way or damaged during installation.

Design Guide

As well as providing customers with a wide variety of cabinet styles to choose from, Diamond has a “Design Your Room” feature on its website. Using this feature, customers can learn about how to design rooms, get up to date on the latest trends, and plan their own projects.

Social Media

For a company that seems dedicated to its customers, Diamond is surprisingly inactive on social media. Too many companies are overlooking the value that having up-to-date social media channels can give to customers. As it is, Diamond has YouTube and Google+ channels, but hasn’t linked any Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter accounts to its website.

Customer Service

Diamond doesn’t list its phone number of the customer service page. Customers that have questions must fill out a form before submitting questions. Additionally, Diamond doesn’t specify whether its customer service is available 24/7, so customers can only assume it isn’t.

The Bottom Line

Diamond has focused its efforts on creating quality cabinets and providing customers with resources to plan their projects. The only problem is that Diamond seems to be disconnected from its customers due to a lack of social media presence and a poorly structured customer service feature. Without proper customer service features, we cannot recommend customers choose Diamond.
