Kemper, a subsidiary of MasterBrand, has been making kitchen cabinets since 1926. From the beginning, Kemper has striven to provide homeowners with cabinets that can make kitchens stand out from the rest. Its focus has largely been to stay up to date on industry trends and to provide homeowners with the best cabinets in the industry.
Kemper promises its customers that every single cabinet it sells will be beautiful, functional, strong, and will perform better than cabinets from other companies. This promise comes as a result of Kemper’s desire to go “beyond minimum industry requirements and demonstrate leadership in a growing area of concern and importance.”
Kemper understands that many customers are not exactly sure what type of cabinets are best, which cabinets fit their budget, and which cabinets will complement the style of their homes. To help customers find the perfect cabinets to go in their homes, Kemper has a “Find Your Style” feature on its website.
Kemper offers a warranty on its cabinets for as long as the customer owns the home in which they lived at the time of purchase.
Kemper does not offer 24/7 assistance for customers with urgent inquiries. Surprisingly, it does not list a telephone number either, which can make the customer service experience frustrating for most customers.
Kemper does have a good product line and many years of experience to back up its products, but does not provide adequate customer service. Because it lacks 24/7 customer services and even lacks a telephone number to call — not to mention the lack of online chat — we cannot provide a recommendation for Kemper at this time.
