There are plenty of profiles on Zoosk but many are fake and I'm not sure which ones. I feel they have fake emails as the working sounds like a bot with bad spelling. Often they have issues where for days on end you can't log in. Since it happens often I decided not no renew my 6 month membership.

I have on 2 occasions been contacted by potential matches on Zoosk messaging only to have those messages and the connection to those matches disappear. In both cases it was when they were trying to obtain my personal number so we could chat outside of the Zoosk messaging system. Very aggravating but since I've paid for 12 months of service...

Zoosk is awful. When you spend the time to block someone, Zoosk immediately post them again the next day. Over and over again. I want to get a class action law suit to recover lost time, cell phone minutes, punitive damages and attorney fees.

Unscrupulous. Zoosk reduced my search options to the same few profiles in local area. I could not access ANY profile information on others unless I misrepresented my location. Zoosk constantly asked for money but proved unresponsive to complaints. Stay away.

Very poor AI in verifying profiles. Many, many fakes and scam profiles. Do not believe ages at all … yrs older or younger than what’s in profile and photo verification stinks. There are accepted profiles with stock photos … that is wrong.

The app is terrible to navigate on an android. Parameters for the user ate limited. Example. I don't want to dare someone 20 years older than me but it won't let me control the suggestions. Nor can I date someone 3000 miles away . The whole site, how it's viewed is just terrible. So many fake profiles.

As I was using the free service I got a message. As soon as I paid the subscription it disappeared. Then you are told you have 3 days to cancel. At day 2 it trief. First the app wouldn't let me. Then I was charged on day 2 and everytime I call them at reasonable hours, the call center is closed.

I signed up and then went on the site to see what it was it was like. I immediately went back and canceled my account and I was using a trial. Then later on they charged me 34.95 Everyone should be careful this is a scam and a rip off because they refuse to acknowledge my request through E through email.

They refuse to take my profile and picture off of the site. I had to ask many times to even leave the site. I am still receiving "hits" even though requested to be totally removed. I have them going to my "spam" folder but every day there is information of how many hits I have received.

My experience has been 1.. A lot of fake profiles. 2... The match does not take into account race or smoking.. I constantly get matched with non smokers knowing I will not get anywhere... I personally think that Zoosk sets people up to fail so we keep spending money. .

Worse experience ever. I was scammed by a person named William S and because of this site. I will never believe in love again. It has been the worse experienced since my divorce. This person has used this site with several other women who have filed a complaint with FBI and Cyber crime. Hope no one else is scammed by using this site

Match.com and POF are so much better. Don't join Zoosk if you are male looking for a women. It's scam! I've dated a lot of women including being married for 24 years. Many were good looking; no kidding. These women are either fake or snobby. I cancelled my subscription.

I found Zoosk there is allot of implied interest but I believe to be fake. Also Zoosk charged me an activation fee as well as the membership fee. The site should distinguish between members that are current, have a paid membership and those that their paid membership is no longer active, or expired.

I subscribed a year ago for their service. I felt it was okay, really only talked and met one person. Otherwise nobody else I reached out to was a paid member. Luckily, I was able to cancel before it renewed. Just like in the article, I paid for the service just to find the message I wanted to see was an automated. That left a bad taste.

Useless search engine that does not allow the user to read key information on profiles of interest. Matched with people that live hundreds of miles away! Coin feature and the accumulation thereof is a huge waste of time and must be used to "unlock matched profiles". No way to screen potential matches. Not happy with this site at all.

Nobody real is ever online and the advertisments are misleading. I joined because the ads made it seem like women are looking for dates but in reality, there were no women looking for dates. The color scheme is bland and boring and modifications have to be done with the font so that it looks inviting.
