They gave me no email about products that were not sent out on the same day therefore I did not know when my products would arrive plus they gave me the wrong product and the one I was wanting would be another 10 days before I would get it because of their error, but they didn't even notify me to let me know. It was frustrating because I could have gone around the corner to my local health food store and bought the product and be done with it

Paid $80 for a bottle of 180 Maximum Omega 2000 capitals only for them to be shipped in a bag with no support what so ever to protect from the 90 degree wheather instead of a box with some foam or air padding then shipping took 7 days to arrive. I hope I don't get sick from them! Wow!!

While extended exposure to elevated temperatures could influence supplements, the shipping time is not long enough to have a significant impact on the quality of the products. The products are kept in a temperature-controlled environment at our facility right up until the time they are shipped to customers. In addition, the bottles are designed with an airtight seal to prevent oxidation or spoilage.

I ordered 100% Pure Krill Oil from Amazon since this product had such great reviews. Unfortunately, all the krill gelatin capsules in the bottle came melted together. In an attempt to pry some loose oil dripped out over the entire mess. They can fit out the opening in the bottle. What a mess. Amazon will not accept their return.

I've been ordering supplements from Swanson since 1969. For some reason their supplements or products are not as good as they say. And when I ordered their Goat Whey I heated it up and it turned to rubber. So if that happened what are the rest of their supplements becoming to?

Well my black seed oil capsules are filled with some other type of oil, doesn't smell or taste like black seed oil, very disturbing cause I've ordered before it was fine so this time I made the mistake of ordering 3 bottles of whatever this is. I'm going to have to flush these and go back to Amazing Herbs. Very upsetting.

I had a cart full of items that all went up in price while I was waiting on an email coupon that they never sent. It's probably for the best anyways after seeing how poorly rated they are. I was about to spend over $100, and now I will never buy a Swanson product again. Swanson is a sinking ship.

Been a customer for decades but recently all my orders have arrived with ‘best by’ review dates that were only a month or two away. In other words OLD STOCK that should hav been discarded, not sold to customers! I have since started purchasing my vitamins & supplements elsewhere.

Pricing is inconsistent and a fraud. Customer service on the chat service was very quirt and rude, not helpful at all. Shipping is sometimes slow and sometimes really slow. Buy elsewhere. If you really need Swanson brand, buy them from Amazon Prime.

Deceptive company. Rude and not helpful. False advertisement. Ad stated “pack of 5” toothpastes. Only one received. When I contacted them about the missing items-they stated that it was not their fault (although only they submit their listings) and they would not be sending them.
