This review is overdue. We had Everlights installed in 2024 on our home. And added more lights to our pergola, RV garage and back of our home since it faces a main road and nothing behind to block the view. While we enjoyed them and all the sequences of custom creating as well and many preset we did have some issues with bulbs going out occasionally. Each time we contacted Everlights they were responsive and would fix the issue in a timely manner. We did have some issues with the bridge and again they were very responsive and fixed the issue within a timely manner. Right before hosting a family reunion in our home the lights in front were not working properly and we were contacted they would put us on the calendar for repair. I expressed my concerns for wanting my lights working properly before the reunion as many of my family members were traveling from all over the US and had never been to our home. A home we take pride in and the lights are an added feature we love for enhancing the aesthetics of our home. Everylights went above and beyond to get our lights repaired and working just in time for the reunion. We appreciate all their hard work and addressing any concerns. Eduardo and Brandon were always professional when they would come out to address our concerns. Overall, we are very pleased with their professionalism and the way they addressed and cared for the concerns we had with lights. The care they took also in keeping their work area clean before, during and after was greatly appreciated. Our lights work great and we are proudly displaying our Red, White and Blue for the USA's 250th anniversary! Thank you Everlights for listening and addressing our concerns and making it right! Our lights look amazing and we have had zero issues with the recent repairs. I have to note that we found Everlights thru our many neighbors who have them as well. We have also referred them to others in the community. We look forward to our upcoming addition of lights to a courtyard cover!

Great product, lights are bright and the phone app works great. I loved it so much, I had them come back and add a third zone to my garage addition. The work is done cleanly and efficiently. Very professional.

The most important thing, is how they look. And these lights are beautiful. See the picture of my 4th of July choice.
Our salesman was Dalton Day. He was great and hopefully if you decide to do this you can get him too. He explained everything, made suggestions, gave me discounts and overall was just wonderful.
The installer Alec was also great. Showed up on time and did a great job of installing the lights and was done pretty quickly
The only complaint I have and it's a minor one is with customer service. There was a very small problem and I contacted customer service. They responded right away but said there was a queue of problems and they would get to me as soon as they could. Two weeks later they sent me another message that they hadn't forgotten about me. I didn't hear from them again.
So I contacted Dalton Day, Two Days Later the problem was fixed and even another small problem that I didn't know about was taking care of.
The app to change the lights is just okay. Hopefully they will make some improvements in the future but I can do what I want sometimes it's just cumbersome.
I highly recommend Everlights, they are incredibly beautiful.

This is my second home with Everlights. I love the brilliant colors and that the bulbs are not hidden under the eaves. I had a few problems after installation but Everlights came out and fixed installation and made it right. They stand behind their guarantee and I am very happy with their integrity.

I've only had a for a few weeks. Installer was good. They were a little cheaper then the competition. However, I've already had the system need a reboot a few times, which is painful as they mounted the controller to the ceiling if my garage. So I have to pull the ladder out and climb up to unplug it every time. Also, even though it is connected to my Google Home, It will not respond to commands.
