Arise Homes requires all buyers to be pre-approved through Flat Branch Home Loans before reserving a home.

This does not obligate buyers to use Flat Branch; rather, it ensures that buyers have a formal discussion about the intricacies of home loans with a knowledgeable expert familiar with the Arise business model.

This process does not negatively impact the credit scores of prospective buyers who have already been pre-approved through another lender. With flexible financing and reputable financial partners, Arise Homes can help its clients find a solution that works with their needs.

As a custom homebuilder, Arise Homes strives to help its clients within a specific geographical area. While some contractors may span larger service areas, Arise Homes has restricted its operations to the following areas:

• Lenexa
• Shawnee
• KC Metro

Outside of these Kansas and Missouri state line areas, Arise Homes will not be able to take on the homebuilding project.

Custom home builds can take time, so there may be a longer wait for your home to be completed compared to buying an existing home. This can impact your timeline and moving plans.
