I just wanted to take the time to give a little bit of information about my experience with AutoSavvy, from the time that I worked with the first salesperson to the time that I worked with the one who helped me with any issues I had with my vehicle. They were top-notch. I worked with John initially, which is why I reached out when I located the car online. The reason I reached out to them was because the prices were very good in comparison to some of the other areas. I did find out that the vehicles may have been in an accident and I was hesitant. But then John said, what if the car looked just like new, would you reconsider? So I decided that I would. Between John and Bri, the salespeople, they really streamlined everything and made me feel comfortable with the vehicle. Ashley was the one in finance. She helped take care of everything there. She made me feel comfortable. She had everything worked out for me as I went through the process of doing the loan. And then I did have a couple of issues with the vehicle that I needed to have taken care of, and Chris was in service. He also was just top-notch, made sure that everything was up to standard, and made me feel very happy with my purchase. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend for anybody to use AutoSavvy.
