AZ Inspirations Catering offers a wide variety of menus to meet a wide range of event needs. The company offers the following menus:

• Butler Passed Appetizer — A large assortment of appetizers, featuring a range of world flavors. Pick and choose the appetizers you’d like; minimum 100 pieces per selection. Appetizer pricing and availability is subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast Menu — Breakfast buffet options with a 25 person minimum. Breakfast stations available with purchase of breakfast buffet.
• Barbecue Menu — Three “Feast” options with varying inclusions (all packages include cornbread and butter). Feast options are priced per person with a 25 person minimum. You can customize your menu with a variety of salads, sides, and meats:
  • The Basic — choice of 1 salad, 2 sides, 1 meat selection
  • The Family Feast — choice of 1 salad, 2 sides, 2 meats
  • The Neighborhood Feast — choice of 2 salads, 2 sides, 2 meats
• Buffet Menu — 4 buffet packages with varying inclusions(all packages include gourmet rolls/sliced bread and butter, and choice of 2 beverages). Buffet packages are priced per person with a 35 person minimum. You can customize your menu with a variety of salads, sides, and entrées: 
  • Light Buffet — choice of 1 salad, 1 side dish, 1 main entrée
  • Premium Buffet — choice of 1 salad, 2 side dishes, 1 main entrée
  • Executive Buffet — choice of 1 salad, 2 side dishes, 2 main entrées
  • Grand Buffet — choice of 2 salads, 3 side dishes, 3 main entrées
• Cold Menu — An assortment of salads, sandwiches, and flatbread wraps. 10 person minimum per selection and a $250 minimum order required for delivery. Menu includes plates, utensils, and napkins.
• Beverage Menu — Available to purchase by the gallon (variety of juices) or single serve (canned soda and bottled water). Bar service station available, in addition to a Bloody Mary Bar and Mimosa Station; alcohol is not included. Bar staff are available at an hourly wage ranging from $20–$35. Coffee service is also available.
• Dessert Menu — A variety of dessert stations available, priced per person with a 50 person minimum. Cake and pie options are available with a 16 slice minimum order per flavor. Gluten-free dessert options are also available.
• Food Station Add-Ons — A variety of food stations add-ons available, priced per person with a 50 person minimum.
• Appetizer Stations Menu — A variety of appetizer stations available, priced per person with a 50 person minimum.
• Plated & Served Menu — A wide variety of plated and served entrées and side dishes (all entrées typically include 1 salad and 2 side dishes). Selections are priced per person with a 35 person minimum.
