49 Square Catering

I was recommended 49 through the venue I selected. I was not happy at all with how the night went. The food was decent. My bad experience of the night was due to the bad timing that had a bad domino effect on the whole night. It felt as if they were under staffed, poorly organized or just simply not prepared for the event. It was a three hour event, dinner should have been served an hour into the event. It was not served into the second hour. We had to rush everything through the last hour because of it. Juan the event manager of the night tried to blame the event space for the bad experience. He knew things did not turn out well. He mentioned someone would reach out to me but they never did. Bad customer experience and bad customer service.
