I open a boutique store selling women wear and accessories on limited money my business was growing and I needed more money to increase my inventory and I didn’t know what to do one day I saw a commercial advertising Lending Tree the next day I applied online for a business loan they pulled my credit results came back quickly. I received a call telling me I was approved and they asked for my banking information in order to deposit the money. Lending Tree saved me in many ways starting with growth for my company they were there for me, two given me reasonable interest rates, and three affordable payments. I appreciated Lending Tree being there for me in difficult times. If I ever need to takeout a business loan again I wouldn’t hesitate using their services.

I was a little disappointed to see $750 tacked on at the 11th hour as an "origination fee" without prior notification. I guess all you small cap services are the same as far as your 30% APR s on unsecured loans. I trust our revolving line of credit we apply for next year is more 'within reason'.

I ran into a small problem when it came to getting repairs done on the vehicles. You need a vehicle to get around all the time. LendingTree was able to give me the small loan I needed without a hassle. It took very little time to apply, and the results came back quick. The payments were reasonable and the interest wasn't too bad.

Lending tree is a broker of sort, they match you with various lenders and the rest is up to you. The rates can be all over the place which makes is hard to choose. The one thing I don't like is the hounding and relentless calls from the so called matches.

The challenge I faced was the approval process took longer than anticipated. Lending Tree didn't communicate their time frame for loan review and approval well, and therefore I was left wondering if I was approved or not. After several days I received notification that my loan was successfully funded and was in final stages to be sent. I was happy and thankful in the end, but wished communication was better.

I guess what I liked the best from lending Tree was the opportunity to see if I qualified for a loan. The bad thing I disliked the most was it was a waste of my time because lending tree requires a credit score of 625 or more. Well lending tree knowing that I have under their minimum requirements still sent me an offer..
