The Kohler shower is a rip off the salesman comes and tells you nothing but lies that you're getting storm panels their maintenance free none of that happens they give you a paneling everything stains the shower slippery and dangerous they tell you it's going to be a cement floor they pour in my floors are already separated they pressed in a piece of fiberglass it separated from the concrete definitely not worth the money nothing that they tell you it's supposed to be it's nothing like the brag about

I do like the walls and the ease of walking in. That being said, I have had the installers out several times. I find the doors to be sub-quality. They rattle and the allow water to leak out onto the floor. The installers, which are sub contractors, left my original walls destroyed! I needed to buy new molding and trim boards as I did not trust them to do the job correctly. Keep in mind that their contract states that they will leave the bathroom clean, even clean than on arrival. Not in my case! I wanted a removable shower head and I was told by the salesperson that there was only one choice which was a double shower head and it was terrible. I complained directly to Kohler and it was replaced with just what I wanted. When the technician arrived, he said that he replaces these heads all the time because people just don't like the double head. They did not offer a price differential so I looked up the price difference and asked for it. Their solution to the water leaking out was to send me a gasket to put on the bottom of the door. They sent me two different ones. When I looked at them, it was clear that they would not work at all so I called again and another technician came out to put them on. He stated that the ones sent would not work either but he did have one in the truck that would. It did. I also find that one of the doors rattles. After paying almost $20,000 for a shower, I was terribly disappointed. I ended up buying a seal from Amazon that works. If Kohler would actually ask people what works and what doesn't, they would find that using a track for the doors that goes the entire length of the shower would prevent the need for seals. They should have also allowed me to choose the shower head I really wanted. I would also like to say that it would be a good idea to have a towel bar attached, to the top of the door frame, if someone wanted it. My bathroom is very small and there is limited space for hanging towels. I ended up putting up a towel bar but I would have preferred one attached to the door frame to make it look better.

We loved the results from having LuxStone shower replacement but after only 5 years it needs to be replaced. We had the veincut dune installed on one wall and the design has deteriorated so much. If you wipe it down with a wet sponge it comes right off.
