Got sick of seeing all the Jacuzzi bath remodel commercials with that awful spokesperson Christina, but ended up using their services for a bath remodel with walk in tub for my aging mother in law. The representative during the consultation was well informed and pleasant, as was the person who did the install. They couldn't get it done in one day through no fault of their own, and completed the remodel in 2 full business days. It was more expensive than we had planned to spend, but there were payment plans available. Mostly satisfied with the end product.

Their product and customer service are far above any others! This is what you get with a name brand! It’s worth the cost! We have had several others in past homes and these are always the best!

very relaxing after a long day of work and exercise. temperature is adjustable to your liking. comfortable. the only problem we had was it was very pricey but we needed it for my husband back. It honestly is worth the money in the end.

Outstanding product. I have had multiple surgeries and their spas have been an essential part of my recover. The adjustable jets have been a true life saver. Worth every penny.
