Terrible customer service. Would rather point out fine print on their paperwork then take care of the customer. Even if you are a long standing customer that makes their payments on time. Another money hungry corporation.

Anything by capital one is awful. Their cards,banks, loans, etc. High interest rates even with good credit, low credit limits, and fraudulent pay back system.
