Ironically enough I got a link to leave a review for iLending the same day I received the statement for my new auto refinance loan. You could imagine my surprise when my new auto loan is $1,000 more than my original pay off amount. As one would I was vey confused “what is the mistake here”. I reviewed the loan documents and there its is, a $449 iLending fee, and 2 others as well, adding ONE THOUSAND dollars to my original loan amount, that was NEVER verbally disclosed to me throughout the entire process. In fact, when I was signing the documents I was very rushed though the process 17+ pages done and signed in maybe 1 minute 30 seconds. Boom boom done. And NOW I see why. Who would EVER refinance and add MORE negative equity to their vehicle. At any point if this fee HAD BEEN disclosed to me I would HAVE NOT refinanced. This is completely dishonest and very unprofessional to not discuss and disclose such an expensive fee. And of course when I call today no representative is available. I’m beyond upset and I will never ever recommend anyone to refinance with iLending

I have some credit cards with debt and decided to try to get a personal loan that would combine that debt and make it easier to pay at a lower interest. I went with lending direct and was disappointed in the results and then bombarded like crazy with a bunch of emails and continual contacts. I didn't end up getting a personal loan and consolidating the debt in a better rate, but it was with a different company. I would recommend you shop around for various lenders and rates.

We exchanged a few messages, but when I told him that I needed the whole process to be done via text or email, he completely ghosted me. To not be willing to use the tools at hand to accommodate someones hearing or speech loss is selfish and ablest.
